They were upfront and honest. Didn’t waste my time and gave me solid alternatives. I will be coming back with both of my cars.

Had to flush heater core, they got me in and out quickly and a fair price. They even topped off my fluids. Very cool.

Great prices, and they always do a great job. Went in for air compressor issues and an oil change, i noticed on the receipt they forgot to do the oil change so i called and i took it in the very next day, they got it done fast and with no charge. I have no complaints about Arrow Radiator and would highly recommend.

Setting up the appointment was a breeze and the work was done in a neat, timely manner. Their pricing was more than fair and my truck was returned sounding like a champ. I have used these guys for over 20 years and they never disappoint!

I’ve taken my car here twice now. There’s a reason so many people trust their vehicles here too. I’m very grateful I’ve found a great and honest mechanic. I truly believe Dave and his team cares about their customers and wants the best outcome for everyone. Dave and his team are very knowledgeable and I will always come back!

EDIT: it's been two months without a response. Maybe Dave could apologize for the rudeness, the missing windshield "cowling, " and the ABS snafu - but nothing.

Dave at Aarrow said I am the reason he drinks. (He said, "People ask me why I drink", and a lady in the background laughed.) I was struggling to explain a car problem to try to help. I then politely asked for clarity on scheduling, which prompted his rude comment.

Sorry, I don't know your schedule nor much about mechanics. That's why I called you. But you know how to lose a customer. And there's more to that talent with Dave:

In a prior repair, my car came back missing a cosmetic part near the windshield. I didn't report it. That's on me, but now the "world" can know since I am such an annoyance to you.

And in June 2022, you replaced a half shaft. I noticed the ABS light was on when I picked up the car, so I called later. You offered to schedule me for the next week, instead of asking me to come in immediately.

I don't need your belittling. If you're stressed out, I suggest you get help and leave your customers out of it.

My best friend told me about these good ole boys. They do excellent work. No hassles. They replaced the front passenger window in my 2015 F150 XLT truck in 2021 after a rock hit it. The work was completed in about a day. And they just fixed my truck again yesterday 6-29-23 after being towed in to their shop. It runs great. See Mr. Dave. I recommend Arrow Radiator for all your car and truck repairs.

I've been taking my car to Aarrow for about 7 years now and my entire family also trusts them with their vehicles. I have never had a bad experience here and I always trust them to give me the best recommendation and quote and not upcharge me at all. They get the work done in a timely manner and are very communicative throughout the entire process. All of the employees I've interacted with are friendly too. I will never go to a different auto shop!

This is hard. I went here to pick up a uhaul truck. I had scheduled to pick it up from a different location.
It was a very frustrating experience as I did all of the check in stuff prior to arriving only to have to do it all again once I arrived.

The ONLY place I'll go in the future.honest and trustworthy.they took care of us when we didnt have many other options. Thanks, guys!
