This is a horrible spot to deliver. 7am appointment on dock at 9am It takes forever to unload and they are very rude. Don’t waste your time here. Refuse if possible. Good luck.

Driver was almost 2 hours late for his delivery appointment. Got a door right away, and was out in 1h 40 minutes. Said everything was nice and smooth. Guess we were lucky, or people with positive experience just don't post it.

Ok I know that I arrived earlier for my delivery appointment. That's not my issue. The wait time wasn't the issue. The rude guy in receiving was my issue. " What time did they say your dock time was? " " Well you're not on my schedule " Now the woman who told me what dock to go to. Was nice and sweet as can be

5 hour unload. Unloaded two trucks that came in after me before me. People were generally pleasant except for one or two but five hours for 15 pallets strict on appointment and so rude staff i give him 0 star

Arrive at 830 for a 9 am appt. Older man who checks you in is very nice, only nice thing about this joint. Going on 4 hours now still not in a dock. It took 30 minutes at the coke plant to get loaded, going on 4 hours trying to get unloaded at another coke plant, I truly dislike these beverage places, if one place is quick the other is slow. One driver been here since 7 am, he still not unloaded.

Pull in drive off Amazon drive. Then stage at center of lot (out of the way). Once parked receiving will come our to you after a little bit. Not recommended to go to shipper/receiving door. They can get a little backed up but they do their best to get you out of there asap

I have been trying to get I'm contact with some at this location via local number and message loops. Unable to contact anyone. Tried 412 number and hangs up on me. Any other numbers? Trying ti check application status.

I never leave a bad review for a company because I give them at least 3 attempts to fix any issues I have. The phone reps are extremely pleasant but extremwly limited in how they can handle concerns and have likited knowledge on how to fix anything. I have had nothing but issues getting deliveries to my businesses since the beginningof the year. I have one location specifically that hasn't had a delivery in a month and we order weekly. One delivery was misdelivered. The next weeks is still in dispatch. The third was canceled. Wow.just wow.

If i could give zero stars i would Honestly this id the worst company i ever worked for theyre so unprofessional. I remember telling my boss I felt like passing out, he told me to deal with it and finish my work. I was sorta new and i got terrible training and no help.

On time for my 9 am app.right now is 11.48 not empty yet.never again wasting my life time here.shame.great gentleman that took my paperwork but getting empty O

Needs better signage to get into their delivery parking lot. Typical coke plant. Load was tipped over because they never wrap the pallets enough to keep them together

You get here late they refuse you, you get here early you wait! Need to put a fire under somebody's bottom and get them to unloading trucks, idk where I'm not seeing no fast unload

It's a normal coke, hurry up and wait so don't show up too early. There is parking at the Lowe's, you can park at the speedway but its limited. When you get off the exit 27B off I-271 N, go straight thru the light to the second drive on the left. Very friendly staff.
