They say use portal to pay water then they tell you they never received it but yet it shows up on your card saying paid

We haven't had hot water in over a week they keep telling us lies on the phone and it's about to get crazy

They will allow anybody to be disrespectful to you over the phone and some what in the office to they put you in a section 8 group and you are a single mom trying to make it man I can write a book about they negativity but I'm not The Money Matters not you or your Family

Waited almost 8 hours for abbeyhill HVAC guy came to fix my air conditioning.the hvac called said he was on his way so I left work to meet him, he gets there at mind you its 12 noon he gets there at 120pm says it needs freon but he does not have the freon to put in it.plus he had to get permission to get the right freon to put in it.so he leaves and has not shown back up it's now 645pm it's hot and I have asthma. Abbeyhill shame on you. I wish I could give you no stars.

They never pick up the phone and answer. They never resolve problems with problematic neighbors and they never pick up the trash around the complex. The only time they will respond is when they want their rent, or you go inperson to the office. When you do happen to go to the office with your concerns they will give you dirty looks, attitude in their voice and still not care about your issues.

These people are rude, unprofessional and they do not take care of the properties they manage. Don’t call emergency maintenance because they are also rude and if they feel like it’s an emergency to YOU but not them they will not come to service the issue. Just absolutely pathetic.

If I don't have hot water tomorrow, I'm calling the city. The management has been atrocious since this company took over and I've reached the limit to my patience with the situation.

They recently bought the property were I live. When I have maintenance issues it takes them a long time to respond. I have been having issues with my plumbing and they refuse to have a plumber come and find out what is going on. They told me that it is my responsibility. As a renter plumbing should never be our responsibility. When my previous landlord had this property I had this same plumbing issues and the plumber told him that the pipes need to be replaced they are 70+ years old. I told him that it was not my responsibility to fix and Arom threatened to evict me.

Never been there.off media data.that owner is not a good positive person. These ppls really racial south.

This place is a joke apartment manager is really nasty talking to tenants runs scam's to get extra money I started to call city and channel 6 News to expose what really goes on in their office they don't care about their tenants at all very bad place to call home I'm speaking of JAMIE MOSLEY apt manager SMH terrible to communicate with

I had to retract some of my rant that I had on here earlier. Let's say that on December the 7th of 2020 my daughter received a three day notice to move no hand written signature or electronic, just typed up which I can do myself. Now it was because she was late bringing in forty dollars for the water she talked to Amam on the phone prior to that there was no mention about $95 late fee. A phone call was made and he agreed to takin money for the rent. Now my daughter says he took the water bill out of her name and she is so stressed that he is going to have her pay a ridiculous amount of money she doesn't nor I. Aman actually owns this property he does nothing to keep it up. I really can't wait until she is able to move from there. She is stressed out every month because of not knowing how much he is going to charge her.

I wouldn't recommend nobody to stay here they are so rude they don't care about nobody concerns they talk to you any kind of way and once you give them the same energy they give you its a problem I cannot wait to move they need zero stars they are not professional what so ever. God don't like ugly

This management company does not maintenance apartments right I put work orders in and no one shows up plus God forbid they replace carpet or fix walls I have mold on my walls from water damage
