Abbie Lakes is a wonderful community! It's quite, great neighbors, and the staff and maintenance crew are amazing! I've never had an issue that was not fixed the same day. So nice to know you are looked after and have genuine concern about their community. Good people, good times, and you can't beat having your own dog park and easy access to bike paths and local parks in the area!

I have lived at Abbie Lakes for over 2 years and I have never had any complaints! Tracy and Dana are extremely helpful with any and every request I’ve ever brought to them. Both ladies are very professional and friendly. The maintenance team, especially, Randy is exceptional! Any work order I’ve submitted gets taken care of within 24 hours and the office ALWAYS calls after to follow up to ensure the work order was completed to my satisfaction. The property and grounds are always well taken care of. The tenants are pleasant. Management consistently hosts community events for tenants and keeps us well informed with emails. I have never experienced any issues during my stay here which is why I continue to renew my lease.

I love living in Abbie Lakes! The environment is serene and peaceful and the upkeep of the property is impeccable! When I submit a maintenance request is it handle properly and with efficiency! Dana is professional and understanding️ Tracy is compassionate and prompt! I can’t think of a greater place to be!

I love it here! I've lived at Abbie Lakes since 2002 and have always felt that this is home. The property is well maintained, the service provided is excellent and the Abbie Lakes team is not only very professional, but also very thoughtful, kind and friendly. Abbie Lakes is the best value in the city too!

The staff is absolutely incredible! They are helpful with anything and everything you might need. The community is quiet and neighbors are always friendly. The community is also super dog friendly!

I moved back in March, looking for a fresh start. Tracy was who I met first welcomed me & my daughter & made us feel at home. Although I have only been in my residence for 7 months, Tracy, & Dana have exceeded my expectations. They always get the job done, they are extremely friendly. I am having the best experience here at Abbie Lakes! I have 0 complaints. They do so much! From the day I stopped in to tour the model, even now, I can guarantee you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome. We love to see it! They truly are the best 10 across the board!

I've been here since September and I love everything about it. I enjoy the quiet country life with easy access to shops. The apartments are clean, spacious, and quiet. So far the neighbors are very nice and respectful. My husband and I made the best decision choosing Abbie Lakes.

From day 1 Tracy and Dana have been so helpful. They are friendly, remember you by name, call to make sure your previously sent in orders are taken care to satisfaction. Ive never felt more cared for living in an apartment community. Neighbors are so friendly. The scenery is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood, my favorite part are the walking trails and how active you can be at any given time. I love it! Definitely check it out!

We have lived here for a year and a half. The staff/maintenance are very kind and attentive. We have had some minor issues with appliances, specifically air conditioning. However, maintenance is on it within the day. Neighbors are a bit of an issue at times, as it is at any complex. But overall we have had a positive experience here. We have another few months left on our lease, and the only reason we will be leaving is to purchase a home to start a family

Big shoutout to Ms Dayna & Ms Tracy for going above and beyond for this great community. Its really peaceful here and I can't forget about maintenence shoutout to them too for their hard work. Abbie Lakes is a great safe place for family and friends, I'm happy my wife and I made the choice to reside here. Thank you Dayna and Tracy.

I have been at Abbie Lakes for the past 2-3 years. I've really enjoyed my time so far. The management has always been super quick to help if theres any issues in the apartment or with my lease. All the residents are super friendly and nice.

The management team is great and the maintenance team is very responsive. I love having my own washer and dryer in the apartment. I also like the convenience of the nearby grocery stores and shopping centers. I would recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a nice area to live in.

A beautiful, peaceful community! Aside from the living environment, I have to give a major shoutout to the main individuals that make the experience so pleasurable. Tracy and Dayna have been extremely helpful and cooperative with any questions or concerns I have had. Abbie Lakes by Cortland would be greatly diminished without Dana and Tracy! I Love Them! I appreciate you both so much. No matter what I need help with they have been wonderful and immediate to address my concerns. I’m not the most savvy computer girl but Tracy has helped me so many times with the changes recently implemented! These wonderful women are the reason I continue to call Abbie Lakes home.

When I was looking for an apartment I visited several complexes. I looked at the models at each apartment complex when I went into the Abbie Lakes model I felt like I was home. I love living here. The entire staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team is top notch when I have had a maintenance issue they were right there to respond. If you want to feel like you are home come try Abbie Lakes by Cortland

Abbie Lakes is a very nice community. It is always quiet here and the staff and maintenance workers are wonderful! I had a little rocky start on my move-in date, and the price of apt is a bit high and the size is a bit small-but overall a clean and decent place! A nice starter home!

This is my second year living here at abbie lakes by cortland. I really love living here. I feel as if I'm at a resort as my view over looks the pond and the beautiful trees. Love the the floor plan which is and open concept. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues usually within 24 hours or less depending the time I place a request. Love love love the office staff. Tracey and Dana are the BEST! Hopefully they don't transfer anywhere eles. Couldn't ask for better appartment living!
