ABC drain I had a SEW Sewer back up I have four plumbers walk out on me. I sat in it not literally, but I had to sit until I found somebody gave me the name of ABC drain and they came over and they snaked my pipes and they got the job done.they didn’t walk out on me. They didn’t give me no attitude.they were excellent and good customer service and I recommend them to anybody who has a drain problem or a plumbing problem. If I can give them 10 stars, I would you guys are my heroes I know who to call when I’m having a plumbing problem and I live in Akron and nobody would help me in, and that’s sad and then yeah so thank you you guys I really really appreciate you guys coming to my rescue and I’ve been giving your name out to a lot of people that I know so thank you so much deserves 10 stars ️ RACHEL KAISK

I highly recommend period, super easy, helpful and straight to the point. I have a small infant and was without water for a few days, from the workers to the dispatch everything was on point making me feel like a priority instead of just a regular person. Had the job done in 2 DAYS with extra stuff that I didn’t know prior to buying the house.

We have used ABC a few times and they are always prompt and do a great job. The plumbers that have come have been professional and explained everything. I would recommend ABC.

They took the time to listen to me and I truly believe they care about my family. They were quick to jet my drain and explain what was going on with my pipes.

When they ended coming out to replace the sewer line in my yard, the two gentlemen were professional and took care of business.

When I was fighting with the city you know who had my back? ABC Drain had my back and I will always be grateful for that. You get what you pay for and yes it can be pricey but I will never have another company snake my sewer line and I will only have ABC Drain jet my sewer line.

Woke up to a problem with our septic drain.called ABC up and they sent out Justin. He took care of the problem and was very nice and professional. I would recommend ABC to anyone in the future. I know that I will be using them again if I need a help with anything plumbing related.

Tristan came out to snake our drain and did a very professional job. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend ABC Drain & Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing help. Rob and his team are great! I called Rob on a Friday night and he had a team out Saturday morning. They are helpful, kind, professional, and explained everything to me.

I am submitting this review to warn customers about the poor quality and poor customer service of the AO SMITH water heater that ABC Plumbing installs. The AO Smith water heater has a 6 year warranty. That is exactly how long it lasts. In my case it was 6 years and less than 5 months when the tank started leaking from the bottom. I contacted AO Smith tech support/customer service. The short of it is as a company AO Smith is satisfied with this short lifespan and happy to force its customers to buy new equipment every 6 years. So be warned that at the current quoted cost of the water heater and installation that’s $1,350.00 every 6 years. I need to emphasize that my dissatisfaction is with the water heater itself and not with ABC Plumbing. The installation was quick and professional. However, I feel that as customers we need to stick together and warn each other about companies like AO Smith that are satisfied with producing poor quality products and have no concern for their customers.

Do not depend on this business. They will arrive late say they completed the service and charge you for a service that was not completed. I called in and stated the service I needed and I was told they could complete the service but they arrived late and verbally said the service could not be completed. They are very unprofessional and frauds.

These guys always do a great job. Very responsive! I always use ABC for my parents house and mine.

Drain was still clogged when they left.wanted to charge me to come back out and do it again.

Very satisfied with this company and the work they performed for me which was the replacement of my entire downspouts drain on one side of my house (from back of house to street). Quote process was great with competitive pricing, and the job performed was excellent. Great experience from start to finish with all employees and workers and I would recommend ABC to anyone.

My pipes burst & within an hour, ABC had somebody out to fix them. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly, left no trace of a mess, & liked petting my dog. Great job, all around!

These guys are amazing. It started with a quick and in-depth estimate process. The service is professional and detailed. Ryan was here on time, he was friendly and did great work. I will definitely call them again for my next plumbing project.

I live in a duplex on a slab. The units are 50 years old. The landlord got a notice from the city that the water usage was unusually high. It was discovered that there was a leak UNDER the slab that was filling up the yard on one side. Needless to say there was A LOT that had to be done to correct the problem. ABC Drain and Plumbing to the rescue. It was a pretty big project for us. A new water line had to be laid from the street, under the foundation, into one of the units AND then up the wall, through to the attic and all new water lines down into the apartments below to every sink, shower, dishwasher, hot water heater, and toilets below. There were 3 guys outside working the drainage (digging down 4+ feet) and 2 guys working inside on all the plumbing lines for 2 days. ALL of them were GREAT guys. Respectful, considerate, and understanding of the stress of living with/through these repairs. They listened carefully, answered millions of questions as the work was being done, and actually made us aware of a few things that should be taken care of that had nothing to do with the job they were doing for us. Just things that they discovered - which we never would have known about - while they were doing the job. Dustin, Nick, Greg, Kyler, and Ryan are professionals that I would recommend 100x! They made sure that we had water usage when they left both days and were very helpful with a couple of "add-ons" we asked for while they were there. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE with this company!

We've had ABC plumbing to our house on several occasions. From start to finish they have been amazing. Easy appointments, contact prior to arrival, completion of work and follow up after visit is great customer service! I highly recommend ABC Drain & Plumbing!
