Awful experience I had with Easton Store Manager, Amanda.

Amanda’s unprofessionalism and indifference when communicating with a long time customer, was extremely disheartening to experience.

When attempting to return a Christmas gift, I was notified we were outside of the 30 day window. Her response was, “I cannot return these items, as my store would be flagged for theft”. While I appreciate her priority being “her store”, it leaves very little room for prioritizing the customer. Amanda subsequently became “uncomfortable”.

Amanda depicted inexperience and immaturity. As a manager, her inability to rectify the situation and have a tough conversation, was upsetting. Additional training and coaching is needed.

I went to the Easton Abercrombie a few months ago, and I always meant to leave this review. I had a few reservations as I had not shopped at an Abercrombie for many years, but I was so suprised about the quality and ease of my visit. The customer service, especially a young man named Cody, provided excellent in-store help, I felt like I had a personal shopper. He was so knowleadgeable about every item, I came away very happy with my purchases. I am very suprised and contented with the drastic improvement in clothing style and quality of Abercrombie as well as the amazing associates at this location!

Much better clothing than before (years passed). The quality and design of the pieces have significantly improved. I was pleasantly surprised.we spent a lot of time enjoying our shopping there. Many choices for casual, dressy, and active clothing styles in a wide variety of sizes.

I have been shopping with A&F for years now and I've always liked the styles they usually have, but this store was terrible. Noone greeted anyone coming in. Noone asked me if I needed help. This store was very bland with not very much of a selection shirt wise. A&F usually to has a very interesting t-shirt selection.

The men’s section has been reduced so better off shopping online if you are looking for mens clothes

A&F used to be my hot spot as a teen. I eventually grew out of the style. But I’m back baby! Do not sleep on the revamped A&F style! Great quality for the price. They have some of the best staple clothing options ever. I recommend jeans, double layered tops, and all the faux leather!
