Great service, courteous, friendly folks, no pressure to buy extra services. Simple straight forward service recommendations. Clean waiting areas and bathrooms and a clean, washed vehicle to boot! Brought car in for problem that was to be covered by Extended Warranty. Insurance gave Abraham Buick the run around and think they did all possible to delay but Abraham's hung in there and continued to provide information/proof they requested and finally got the go ahead to repair under warranty. Dealership gets high marks for helping us.
I absolutely love my new vehicle. Mike was a nice guy, but he needs to know the products he is selling better. The first Encore I drove, he didn't know that the back seats went all the way down, and thought that the padding just made them not lay down. I am not sure that the OnStar got hooked up. He did now show me or say anything about it except that it was free for 3 months. I also feel that the delivery was rushed, as it was after hours. I would have been happy to wait for the next morning. In my opinion, this vehicle should have been immaculate at pick up, and it is up to the sales person to make sure that it is. Instead, it was still dripping with water. I'm hoping the service department has great service.
Shannon was great; I can’t say enough great things about her. I felt like the whole process was transparent and that she did more than enough to help guarantee I got the truck I wanted. If I lived closer to Elyria, I would always buy from her. Thanks again for great purchasing/trade-in experience.
Service dept.said can't not explain why car would not start on first try on a few different occasions.battery tested ok.so now what? They can't answer.
I was treated fairly got the help i needed to make my purchase. James Macaluso was a great salesman. He showed me the controls and explained how they worked.

Took my Envoy in needing brakes. They were able to get them done and replaced the tie-rods and alignment in the one day. All without an appointment. They did a great job.

We went to look for my wife a new SUV, just wanted to see the different options that were available to her. Not one person came out to see if they could help us, we parked right in the front window so there is no way they didn't see us. I can promise you this, we will not purchase our next car from here.
Brian helped me tremendously. Initially the service department could not find the problem with my 2017 Traverse. With much patience the problem was finally discovered and resolved. Brian showed professional behavior throughout the entire ordeal.

Very courteous staff that handles appointments for service. Service department friendly and courteous - staff filling out my rebate info for new tires - been a customer since 2002 - always satisfied - feel I can trust them on what needs to be done - very important for this senior citizen - I remember your old slogan - when better cars are built Buick will build them.
Barry Allen is a great person, who helped my family and I so much in buying this SUV. He worked with what we could afford and took our concerns personally. This is the third car I purchased with Barry. And would go back in a heartbeat!
Just looking and the salesman came running out. Way too pushy. Kinda made me think something was wrong with the vehicle we were looking at. Wanted us to purchase one right on the spot. And he even said he doesn't know anything about the warranty. No thank you.
