Had a very old electrical panel that finally failed, taking out half the power in my house. Initially John came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and explain why replacing the panel was the best long-term solution. John came back out the very next day with three other guys, Reggie, Ian, and Wilson. Every single guy was polite and knowledgeable. They all wore show covers to protect my floor and even made sure to keep the basement door closed so my cats didn't get in. Very considerate. It was long day for them, but they never stopped working and got everything done on time. They meticulously labeled the panel and I could not be happier with their work.

AC Electric resolved an issue with an electrical circuit board and our AC unit which was not handled well by the AC person who first looked at the issue. AC Electric installed fans and light fixtures. One light fixture was for a room with dark shadows and no ceiling access; the solution was creative and significantly improved the usability of the room.

Todd did a great job replacing the sensor on my lamp post and upgraded to an LED bulb. He also replaced two old fixtures with LED ones that I bought. He was very professional and helpful. I have used AC Electric before and will use them again.

We just bought our house and experienced total electric failure. Something that was missed by our inspection but we will get that taken care of. They replaced our wiring and box. Thank you so much for being prompt, courteous, and professional.

Do not use them, lots of bait and switch. Scammer from the beginning. They even tried to lie to the township, they have no idea what they are doing. There is plenty of quality electrical contractors who won't try and rip you off snd mess with your schedule.

I own a business out of my home and recently had new equipment delivered. I needed to update my two prong outlets to three prong grounded outlets for my machine. I unfortunately hired an uncertified electrician from Thumbtack who did shoddy work and refused to repair the issue when what he did knocked out one of our circuits. I called around and was incredibly fortunate to have reached Todd Fowler from AC Electric who had empathy for my predicament and came out that same day. He was incredibly knowledgable, worked swiftly, explained the issue and even offered helpful advice. I was so grateful for the timely service and understanding demeanor and will absolutely be reaching out to him in the future.

Excellent work! William, the service manager, was fabulous from the initial consultation to the end of the work. I appreciated that he stopped in to see how the team was doing. The team that did our electrical work (John, Reggie, and Ian) was great. They were professional, courteous, on time, and we're very pleased with the work they did. We had ceiling lights put in that needed to be in wire moulding as the house was built without overhead lights in most of the rooms. We had a ceiling fan installed, under cabinet LED lights, plus other work. I really appreciated that the team members would ask us for clarification when they weren't sure or if they thought what we wanted wasn't the best solution-they were right every time. We will definitely use AC Electric again.

I have used them multiple times. The last time I had them work at my moms. The technician William is great and would definitely use them again

Todd and the team are great. On time, professional with a personality, and does quality work. They are not the cheapest, but you will get what you pay for; quality and no headaches.

Had power flickering issues, which were quickly identified by Todd, estimates were given while still onsite. Repairs were scheduled for same week, which included main panel replacement, updated grounding, and moving main electrical service away from a second floor window. The repairs were done by Reggie and Luis both days. These gentlemen were very courteous and professional and kept me notified of everything they were doing throughout the entire process. I will be calling AC Electric next time I need anything electrical done at my home.

Had AC migrate the electrical in my house from old knob and tube to grounded romex, and have no complaints at all. Everybody I worked with there was always friendly and helpful. I even sent them an e-mail with a question a month or so after the work was over and they found time to swing by my house to take a look the next business day.

In 2019, Todd & his crew did a doozy of a project. Rewiring frm the pole to my house, and to my breaker box w/ a box upgrade & grounding relocation, due to code upgrading. They upgraded my baseboard heating & thermostats along w/ a ceiling fan. Todd talked me into spending a little extra tobetter secure my pole to my house. I'm glad he did! Last night a tree fell and took out every pole on my street, ripping electrical boxes from the houses. Blue house is mine- anchored frm AC electric. Tan house is my neighbor. This is why you listen to your electricians! Thank you Todd and crew for all that you do! Truly blessed!

My experience with AC Electric was pleasant from beginning to end. I was able to get a quick appointment. Field Supervisor William Dominguez did the initial consultation. Mr. Dominguez was very knowledgeable and informative but not intimidating. It turned out that we needed a whole new electric panel (which we already suspected) and some work on the outside meter to bring it up to code. Both Mr. Dominguez and service technician, John Bastawros, came back to complete the work along with taking care of some other, loose-end type maintenance-getting rid of wires that were no longer being used, upgrading some outlets and repairing a wire in the kitchen ceiling fan. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with their prompt, efficient and courteous service. Definitely recommend and will keep them in my "contacts" list.

William from AC Electric went above and beyond in his willingness to answer all of our questions and discuss different repair options. He was prompt, communicative, and funny. Thank you!
