Ace Appliance Service & Repair, Toledo OH

Brian was professional, prompt and polite. Identified the problem in no time and returned 2 days later with a new pump. Installed it and the washer was fixed less than a half hour. The price was a bit high, but you always pay more for great service and professional work. Would call Ace Appliance again.

Called and they were out within the hour. Dylan was great, very courteous. My washer was working with 20 minutes. Price was fair. Will definitely call them again.

Service tech came on the same day I made the initial phone call. That was very impressive! He was very friendly and analyzed the problem with our washing machine and ordered the appropriate parts. He returned a few days later (on a Saturday) and installed the parts. I will definitely use Ace again for my appliance repair needs.

Logan was very professional and easy going. He responded to the repair right away that day. He had to order parts and he was back a couple days later. I highly recommend Logan to ask for when calling!
