Ace Hardware, Hamilton OH

Needed some custom cut glass and I called to see if they provided this service. To my surprise they did and when I arrived at the store they had already had it cut and loaded it in my car!

Ken and his Hardworking Hardware Team are the Best! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and have excellent customer service! The are definitely willing to go all out to help their customers!

I was not a fan, it felt to.well sterile. It lacks the charm and atmosphere I expect from a hardware store.

Someone in my household is serious about pooping. Ace Hardware had the right plunger for the clog!

Do not back up their services. They refilled a propane tank for me, I take it home, and hook it up. The valve on top of tank is so tight the handle breaks trying to open. All I got was its not our tank so its not our problem. Time to drop ace as the place.

USPS is awful here, just get rid of the USPS department of they can't help do a darn thing. This is closer to my house than the real USPS, I've stopped going here because they provide no value.

5-stars.staff was helpful the second i arrived.although the staff wasnt overly experienced on Stihl merchandise (the reason i went) they found the answers i needed and recommended where to get said part.they were apologetic when the part wasnt in stock and thanked me for stopping in.note: a section of the store is dedicated to Stihl which hasnt been there long. I'm sure theyll get the training and be up to par in no time

Closed at 9AM on the busiest day of the week? Ohh, i forgot, its ohio and only the donut shop opens this early.i escaped ohio and every time i return i am reminded why i left.
