We had 3 large trees trimmed and they did a great job. Our request was vague as we asked to thin, trim and remove dead branches. They knew exactly what to do. They were professional and completed the job in half of a day. Also, our yard was very wet and they did a great job protecting against ruts and destroying the grass from their equipment.

Doug and his crew really got me out of a jam when an ash tree fell across my driveway. They arrived on time, removed the tree and all evidence of it. Such a professional/polite crew. I highly recommend Ace Tree Service.

Beyond impressed with Doug and his team! My husband and I recently moved to Avon Lake and the trees in our yard needed some help (we needed two trees removed, stumps grinded and several trees trimmed and manicured). I met with Doug on a Friday to discuss the scope of the job and at the start of the very next week, the job was completed, and he personally followed up to ensure my customer satisfaction. His team arrived on time and they were very professional and left my yard very clean and tidy!

Had Doug and his team out to take care of 3 large maple trees. One needed removed the others trimmed. Lots of positives with the experience. Very friendly, professional, and great communication. They did an excellent job not tearing up the yard and they didn't leave a mess. Project was completed quickly and pricing was fair. Definitely will keep them in mind for any future tree maintenance I need!

Doug answered quickly to my phone inquiry- and stopped to see our tree that was the issue. We agreed to his proposal and he came the following day to remove our small tree. The crew did a great job with minimal damage to flowers in nearby bed and did a thorough cleanup.

Once the big oak in my front yard started leafing out, I spotted a large dead branch overhanging my driveway. Years before twice a tree branch had fallen in a storm and taken out my electric and cable wires, so the branch removal felt urgent to me, though realistically I didn't expect a quick response given that all the tree service trucks are working everywhere right now. I called Ace because I observed the work they did on a neighbor's stand of trees. Doug (owner) came by within 24 hours, emailed me a quote, and within 3 days they removed the limb, as well as another I hadn't even spotted. There's nothing better than good communication when you are trying to hire a contractor; Doug calls, texts, and emails timely. I will absolutely call Ace again.
