Let me rephrase then “owner”, in my experience with you guys I did a week long run around being promised placement at specific positions I applied for with then was told different position were what I applied for with a much lower pay scale. At this point I didn’t even bother responding to your hiring rep and had found employment elsewhere. So no I wasn’t employed with you but having experience that I do not wish to. THANKS

I am considering prosecuting one of the employers I worked for because they didnt address workplace harassment. When I was terminated this staffing agency offered a part time position on the weekends (because that will cover my bills, what a slap in the face) and had no further comments besides that it was my fault for not speaking up about the harassment. Further, they questioned why i would want to work in the environment to begin with. Gee, I guess they dont know how money works. You kind of need it and stuff. Oh well. Aerotek is where its at. Seriously dont waste your time. There are better opportunities with nicer people around Columbus and closer to Columbus. Indeed is a better resource. Acloche ghosted me when I needed my final pay stub for collecting unemployment too. I didnt end up collecting it because neither I nor one of the county workers could get a hold of them after I was working for aerotek. Is there a 0 star option? I'm never getting that time back either.

They staff factories that dont follow their own policies let alone their federal and state laws. Word of mouth is as far as it goes. Don't fall into the trap. Trust yourself no one else. Especially in a authoritarian environment that prefers the profit of the individual company at the expense of everyone especially of its own workers.

A invoice doesnt count as an official pay stub. Thats a $400 distinction.

If you're looking for a quick, steady job in manufacturing, they'll set you up. That's the good thing about them, and the receptionist is awesome, she makes the office.

However, it's a dishonest company. You have to watch your pay at first, because they will cheat you out of your overtime if you let them

Another thing is they're misleading and deceptive about job placements. They'll tell you it's 40 hours with a little overtime, and then you get there and the company wants you to work 60-70 hours. They do bait and switches. They don't try to find you the type of job you want to have. They push their agenda onto you, and if you don't like what they offer you, they act like you're difficult and should take the job they're giving you

Lacking customer service, a work ethic, and ability to give valid information. Unless you babysit the staff "trying" to advocate for you, nothing will get done. Don't waste your time with this office. Nothing good will come of it.

This agency is less than stellar. Way less. The receptionist is far from pleasant. The pay card they give you cannot be used as a debit nor can it make online purchases. You have to schedule an appointment just to come in to update your information. They also don't pay out for holidays. They'll find you a job but that's about as useful as they get.

Call about a job and lady was rude and disrespectful and snapped at me on phone will not perfer calling them for a job

I have went to Acloche in Marysville twice in my career. Both times i have received excellent service and was very pleased with their services.thank you.

I went over to their office to try to get into graphic packaging I explain to them that I had a felony 5 and that Meyer felony was less than 2 years old and they told me that that shouldn't be a problem I did my background check which took 2 weeks to do I actually had to call them multiple times to see if a cat came back and ended up having to call Allen County to try to get it done They finally called me back after about another week to tell me that and they could not hire me because my felony was too new I would have understood that except for they previously told me that my felony being less than 2 years old would not be a problem and also I have a buddy that is going to start orientation And they hired him and he has a felony 3 which is twice as worse as mine and his is 6 months newer than mine I I would not be mad if they didn't hire me because of the felony or because of it being less than 2 years but how can you tell me no but hire someone that has a level 3 felony and his felony is newer than mine They can't say it was because of my work history for the fact that I was at the same place for 15 years up until my incarceration And have a very good standing with my old employer which would have hired me back after I got out except for the fact that they don't hire Felons I guess my point to all of this is I don't respect or encourage anyone to go through some place that makes money off of you that lies to people. I call them to ask why and NO ONE WOULD TELL ME WHY

They use you to do there jobs, for half the price, your working ur butt off for them, then once the assignment finishes they tell you since u missed 2 days they don't need you anymore. My Husband worked 3 years for them made them thousands of dollars, all they care about is you making money for them. They really don't care about there workers.

I went to Acloche yesterday and met with Sr. Staffing Specialist Jessica Watkins. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. They have a beautiful office and set up. I was greeted by a friendly Receptionist who was happy to help me with all my paperwork. Jessica was kind, understanding and actually listened to my needs and situation. She has been in communication these past 2 days just like she said she would. I definitely recommend Acloche in Marysville to anyone looking for work!

Worked with this office and they are great! The staff, Jessica, Kris, Jason, Faith and Cassie were all professional and greeted me with kind smiles and help. Kendra the office manager assured me they would find me a career and not to have any worries, she was very kind an I could tell by the employees she had that they love what they do by helping people find employment. When I first walked in Gladys the front desk assistant was kind and help me with the on-boarding process and was available to answer any questions and concerns I had. The whole process was smooth and professional. I was well aware of the items I needed to bring as I had called prior to arriving. It was my first time using a company to help me find the right career for myself and my family and I am glad I choose Acloche Staffing!
