They need to get rid of self checkout.this cashier rudely interrupt me scanning my items.all because she thought I was stealing. I can afford $1 lady. I’m not dishonest. From now on I will pay giant eagle high prices. I will not be back

After 15 years of going to Acme Fresh Markets, today was the worst experience ever and my family and I will no longer be returning. The Female Tallmadge Police officer followed me, my wife and our 12 year old daughter rather aggressively in the store. In light of what's going on with recognizing the blatant injustices to African American people I find it disheartening. My wife and I were offended, embarrassed and outraged that we had to explain to our daughter that we were being followed simply because we are Black and Officers like that are the reason we are protesting. I want to feel safe from the police not intimidated. Perhaps Acme doesn't encourage this behavior but it happened in their store so I won't be returning and I have sent this to my church and community leaders.

Love shopping at acme for groceries, but there workers at check out needs to be nicer to customers!

Love shopping at acme, they have everything I needed. Just wish employees would help with checkout.

Bought a fresh Turkey so I thought it was half frozen and still had some ice chips inside how can that be fresh even the store clerk was curious as well.

I love shopping at Acme. It is my favorite grocery store. I know were everything is at. The prices are good and the people who work there are very friendly. I shop there at least once a week

The prices are high for your average grocery store (I shop at aldi), but for just grabbing a few things it's really nice, they also have a good liquor selection.

This is the location that I prefer, fast checkout, friendly people is not just a slogan here. I've never had a bad experience finding what I need in this well lit clean store. From the fresh vegetables to the Easy Meals Acme has it all, and at reasonable prices. They have a broad selection of store brands as well.

Always have trouble with my acme gift cards you stand there and the cashier doesn't know how or why it's happening.vary embarrassing.people behind me think am poor or don't have any cash too pay when am trying to use there gift cards won't use them ever again.

I was looking for t shirts that said Straight Outta Stow. The girl who answered the phone was wonderful! She took the time to go out and look to see and even listed the sizes for me! It's hard to find personal service like that. I drove from Springfield Twshp and got my shirts. Thank you SO much! They were a big hit!

Love Acme cashiers ae very friendly, All other workers are helpful when needed and give excellent service.

Great service. Clean place. Stocked shelves. Adequate staff. Exceptional bakery and deli. More than fair prices. Wide Variety of brands. Quick and knowledgeable pharmacy personnel. Great store all around.

I've always been a Giant Eagle fan and a Dave's Market fan until I came to Acme now I'm thrilled with Acme.

I really don’t know why I waste my time here. Every time I go they don’t have something I need. They don’t have organic milk in a gallon or even whole organic milk, and they don’t have land o lakes whipped salted butter. Hard to find things in this store and most of the staff is not very friendly

I have been shopping this Acme since I was a kid. The cashiers are friendly and the staff is helpful. They always have what I am looking for, or something equivalent and their sales are great. The new layout of the store is easy to navigate and has a good flow. Parking is always available.

Rude staff. Way too expensive! Don't try their new pickup service. They change the prices on you, and don't even tell you. What a ripoff!

I waited 3 hours to go get my prescriptions and when I got there, they said they'd be ready in 20 minutes. I'd already waited long enough!

Not carrying some products I have become used to purchasing there and employees either not knowledgeable about incoming orders or something because. Too much bakery and during the holiday season it crowds the produce department. Also store is arranged where you have to go through the bakery to get to the produce. Shop the perimeters does not apply to this store for healthy choices

Needs more self checkouts and non sale prices are sometimes horrific compared to even Giant Eagle. But nonetheless a nice store in the area.
