Extremely unprofessional. Very much more concerned about profits than patience. Was informed that they were busy and I could only have 15 minutes for my appointment. Will not do telephone conferencing. Waited 2 weeks to get in to be told my tests were good I was shocked that me dr would recommend this place

Dr. Shah is the best! Incredibly smart and insightful! Very caring and great at what he does! Highly recommend!

I was sent here by my doctor for pain management. The place was unorganized, unprofessional, cluttered, and had dogs running around inside. After meeting with Dr Shah, I declined entrusting this place with a spinal injection. Months later I received noticed that a $30 co-pay for the visit was sent to collections and every time I’ve tried to pay it they can’t seem to “get into the system”. Avoid this place at all costs.

Human error happens but at the same time if you keep on telling the doctors that the pain medicine is not helping and they refuse to change it you need to change doctors. I have put up with their problems and attitudes for over a year and a half I've been telling them for over a year and a half that the pain meds was a helping but at the same time they told me that they're not doing anything I suffer from pulmonary embolisms from a clotting disorder and Megan told me that she doesn't like me going to the hospital oh well I don't care I have health issues and chronic health issues and it's sad that a person that's young like myself around my age bracket does not understand that. I am glad I'm discharged from this place because at least I'll be able to find somebody that will actually help me with my pain and not tell me that they don't like me going to the ER when I have pain cycles that they refuse to help me get out of

Called and spoke to Pam. She is unprofessional, incompetent, and completely lacks compassion. She should not be on the front lines of this business if you want to be successful.

I am currently being charged a no show fee of $35 dollars for a appointment I canceled due to emergency surgery. Called and spoke to Pam who was very unprofessional and wasn't listening to a word I was saying. I will never go back here again. Very unprofessional and shady practices to get money out of me.

If you are seriously looking for relief of pain, look no further. Dr Shah is THE BEST. His knowledge in treating complex pain problems is unsurpassed.
The office personel are caring and thorough also, not to mention enjoyable to deal with.
I have been going to Dr. Shah for years now and see Tiffany monthly, She is wonderful.
If you are in pain hurry to Action Spine & Pain.
