Drove from Painesville Active Plumbing to the Chagrin Falls location because Painesville did not have our shower faucet and kit in stock. They closed at 5pm and we were cutting it close with an expected arrival time of 502pm. I called and Gianna was so sweet. She waited for us even with her close time of 5pm. I was so appreciative as we were getting our shower replaced on monday and had plans Friday and Saturday. THANK YOU GIANNA! WHAT A WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE!
