Worst place to do business sent my wheels a year and 2 months ago pay in full $1000 and now Bryan don't answer my calls ir text always have a excuse and don't want to refund or finished my wheel lost $1000 plus $125 of shipping please stay away don't let this happen to you

Old school courtesy, modern technology, excellent results! Needed a dent taken out of a wheel & got not only that but a bit of education from Brian as well. He teaches, advises, & performs exceptional work! Fast too! Wheel not only has the dent out, but is cleaned of the corrosion that happens when the wheel is exposed to the elements.

BRAIN goes out of his way to do what needs to be done, he stayed over twice after closing to finish my mag, cause he knew good weather was coming up, n he didnt want to keep me from riding, guys n gals if you have a bent or a split rim that needs fixed, he and staff will make it like new, I didnt think it was possible, but I'm a believer ck photos an see for yourself, save some MONEY don't buy new call BRIAN or MARY and ck them out, salt got into my mag, felt like 80 grit sandpaper, finished back to new, very PLEASED wish I could give a 10 star he n crew deserves it, AS CUSTOMERS WE NEED TO GET WORD OUT THAT THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT DOES A SUPER JOB,, PLEASE CHECK OUT PICTURES UNDER PHOTOS BUTTON ON TOP OF PAGE THESE PICS TOO BLURRY AN ZOOMED UP TOO MUCH

They’ve had my motorcycle rim for eight months. I’ve had discussions with Brian over the phone and by text message. He’s promised me on 2 to 3 different occasions that he would have my rim finished. He Has made false promises to me. The bad thing is you have to pay him first before he does any work. Now he won’t respond to any of my text messages. I shipped it to him from a different state so it’s not like I can go to his shop to see what is going on. I am highly disappointed. I’m hoping everything will work out and this is just a misunderstanding.

The people at Acu-Tru are nothing short of exceptional and professional. My Girlfriend hit a deep pot-hole and put a “V” bend in the rim. I called and explained my situation and they had me drop it off. The repair was done in a timely manner and actually came back as straight as it was from the factory, or straighter. I can’t express my gratitude and wanted to say thank you for fair, professional rim repairs I had to deal with! Awesome folks, awesome company!

Curbed my wheels during one of our Ohio snow storms getting to work. The people here are very friendly, and know what they are doing. Brian is a very nice and talented man who worked quickly to get my wheels restored to factory new condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their wheels repaired.

This place is great! Not only do they offer great prices, but they wondrous work. Very efficient in their service and an actual repair place (for tires) you can actually trust. I highly recommend this place!

I stopped by to get a quote on refinishing a wheel. The person there was unable to provide a quote, but took an image and said they’ll have someone reach out. Brian reached out and asked if I would bring in the wheel instead of my truck. I said I would, but would like a quote first. Once I receive the quote, I would be in touch on if I would bring it in. A couple hours went by and I hadn’t received a quote. I called and asked for Brian, but was told he was with a customer and he would get back to me. I provided my contact info again. Over three days later, still no quote.

I feel like I need to clarify my dissatisfaction. It is not with your mother if that’s who I worked with when I showed up to your store. She set the clear expectation of what she could and couldn’t do during our conversation. As a customer, that’s all we can ask for. She was extremely pleasant and polite. My disappointment is with Brian. Your mother clearly gave him my contact information because he called me once. He was not prepared when he called. He even made reference to knowing a picture was taken during my visit. He said he would be in touch and provide the quote during our phone call, not your mom.

I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic and running a small business is tough. I commend you for keeping your business up and running. I also sincerely wish your mother well. From my brief interaction with her, she’s very nice and you’re lucky to have her.

I've seen other posts about timing and such but if you saw the actual process they use to repair the wheels it may explain the variability of delivery. I know that what is planned should be honored but accuracy and quality are my main goals.
I cannot be happier with the work that Brain and his team did for the repair of my OEM wheel for my collector Mopar (my baby)! The damage that occurred to my wheel was horrific and they did not bat an eye at the repair. Most importantly, there were NO replacements available for the wheel. So in my opinion they are able to make, or at least repair, unicorns.
The work was exactly what I asked for and hoped. The only 'delay' as that they found additional damage that was not obvious initially. I attribute this to their impeccable inspection and review of the wheel. My wheel was an aluminum cast SRT8 style with the damage at the the area where the 'Alum Forge' in in the wheel. They fixed a bad damage to that area and it looks GREAT!
On top of the work that they do there (small shop of people that all seem to care about cars. Great conversations available with them if you want.) Brian actually sells the repair process that (he/they) use. I met 2 people who were there learning it. They both were involved with the work. Brian is willing to give his expertise to others. Not much more noble than that in business. It is not rocket science, but it is a craftsman kind of thing.
I haven't put the wheel back on my car, but will this weekend. I struggled for 2+ months to get the car, my baby, fixed and then found Brian and company. Thank Goodness for them!

FIVE MONTHS they've had my wheel and my money and I have no idea when I might see my motorcycle wheel again!

I sent my wheel in last November and I don't have it as of today, April 10th. It was received on 11/15. I got a video text on 02/03 (two and a half months later) showing the wheel was repaired. I couldn't get a response as to when I might get it back. A month after it was fixed I got through and someone told me it was being coated & put back together to ship back. I've left messages about every two weeks or so, but I can't get a response. I know things are slow everywhere with CoVid19, but the lock-downs didn't start till they'd had my wheel four months. Now it's April and I still can't get a message returned. Working on FIVE MONTHS with almost no communication and no wheel.

I'd really like the chance to give a 5-star review. I really would. I'm really hoping to put my bike back together again and ride it in 2020, but the build is stalled waiting for the wheel.

So here’s my breakdown

Time: 2 stars my wheels were delayed a whole week and I’ve seen some reviews that indicate that as well.
I had about 4 instances where they changed the date. But with corona I can take that into account

Quality: 4 stars wheels look fantastic don’t get me wrong and they are as straight as an arrow, the car has never felt so good. But in terms of the paint, it appears like they did not do any post paint polish. The wheels were pretty rough to the touch indicating overspray. But nothing visibly wrong, I believe it was only one wheel too, but for the price I expected close to perfection.

Overall: 4 stars they made it very easy to get the wheels done, I thought the price was on the higher side but reasonable for them to make a profit.
I would definitely recommend them.
I will be coming back in the future. The only thing I didn’t like was the time it took and the delays.

Got in with short to no notice, fixed 2 rims on a Saturday. I would advise you to drop your work off.
