Audiologist Acute Hearing reviews
6Andrea is very professional and helpful. She will spend as much time as you need. They have terrific hearing aids.
I've never been treated so nice! I didn't ever think I would be able to get hearing aides. But Acute offers payment plans! They have been so patient with me with adjusting them. I'm older and had no idea how bad my hearing was. I started out going in almost every week to get them adjusted. She would talk to me and explain all the new sounds I was hearing and how they would become normal after awhile and they have. I can now hear my grandchildren better and everyone else. Life is much better now that I can hear. If you need hearing aides, Acute is the place to go! ️️️
I purchased my hearing aids in February at a northern Kentucky location but recently moved to Ohio. I was concerned about customer service when I moved. Martin was amazing at working to make sure that my devices worked well for me.
Upon my first visit to the Fairfield Ohio location I'm certain that Ashley Hoberty is going to continue to the same level of expertise. I highly recommend Acute Hearing to anyone.
Michael Baker.
I brought my dad here for new hearing aids. The staff is great and always helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I went here because I got a notice in the mail for a free hearing test. Saw a video, got a hearing test and then talked with the Dr. One thing I can tell you is that their cheapest hearing aids are $1800 a pair! I told him forget it; that they are made for the rich and not the poor or somebody that's on a fixed income like us. My hearing is awful but I'm 66 and gonna die anyway so beware; they will try to talk you into buying what you can't afford! They were all nice people, tho. I gave it a low rating because of the price. That's the only reason. I guess like the video said, my hearing will just keep getting worse until I can't hear or get dementia or Alzheimer's.
