Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My hearing aid was once lost in snow for a week, during which a animal bit off the speaker. A 10 minute repair by Acute Hearing made it good as new. Amazing.

Dr. Angel helped me figure out that my hearing is within normal range, but that I may have a Eustacian tube dysfunction. The hearing tests were fun, though, and it was cool to see the inside of my ears, and realizing I have healthy ear drums.

The new office is awesome! It’s just a few doors down from the previous location. Nancy, at the front desk, is very pleasant and helpful. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Greg is knowledgeable, personable and good about answering my questions; and providing me with excellent service. I am very pleased with this staff and office.

Everything was great. Very professional. The did move three offices down but was not notified when I showed up for appointment.

The wait was too long! It was a half hour past our arrival time. I did a hearing test. Then he cleaned my hearing aids. I ask for new tips and then we paid the bill.
We made an apt.for five month from today. Then we left. The end!

Very attentive to my issues and received a very thorough follow up exam. Made adjustments to my hearing aids and now hearing much better! Acute Hearing is genuinely concerned with giving me the best hearing and follow up service.
