You have had our father’s corpse since 02/11/23 and we have been waiting to receive his remains and death certs. We are beyond disturbed.

Adams Mason Funeral Home has very reasonable rates for cremation and is conveniently located in Akron. They were nice and helpful to us; answering our questions; providing a quote quickly.

I have called this facility, they will not return my call. If it wasn't for me the bill would not have been paid.

Been waiting to pick ashes of my husband since January 4th. Still have not received any type of call as to when. I've left messages and still nothing. That is not a way to treat the families who have gone thru pain and sorrow for the loss of a family member. At least return the call! At least let them know it's gonna take over a month and a half.

When my dad passed away in 2015 we used Adams Mason for his cremation. They were very professional, caring, and helpful with the whole process! We also used them when my boyfriend passed away in 2016. I’m so thankful for the staff at Adams Mason!

My experience was unbelievable, our relative lived out of state but had family up here in Akron. She knew about her illness so she paid for everything in advance. Brought up here from out of state everything thing well planned out because that's who she was, not wanting her children to worry about details. To have had her shown in the garage on the property! Virus or not, get your integrity together people.is cleaning up your establishment that hard concerning this pandemic that a pre paid plan couldn't get you to put a lot more thought into THE CORE REASON YOU SERVICE THIS COMUNITY For the memorial of Our loved one!
