Adena Family Medicine - Greenfield

I use to be happy here when Michelle was our Doctor. Since she left and I got someone else, It isn't as good anymore. They are overbooked and have to wait long time to get appointment. I was so displeased, I went somewhere else still in the Adena network and very pleased with my healthcare now.

Very nice and professional here. I was nervous and they answered all my questions and gave me pamphlets to help make my decisions. Wonderful staff especially dr misor!

They are extremely rude the receptionist out front is so disreseptful I don't see why anyone would go there! They are very unprofessional

If you want your medical issues dragged out for years with no solution. Go to any Adena facility and they can provide exactly that for you. One of their physicians created a HIPPA violation that they should be happy I didn’t file a complaint with. All they will do is put you in debt and push you away like a drug addict instead of treating you.
If you live in Greenfield and it’s your only option in the area, drive a little bit and don’t waste your time.
After two years, today was my final straw with them providing me no solution.

The doctors, nurses and staff here are very nice and caring. The got me an appointment right away and treated me like a VIP. I highly recommend them!

Overpriced and inefficient. Poor communicators. I never ran into a doctor who didn't care for the well being of his/her patients until being doctored by Dr. Mizer and Dr. Deland. Doctors and staff come before patients.

My experience with dr deland was very poor. I feel i was rated by what goes on in town rather then reading my file and understanding i have a serious health issue i was told to wean myself off a medication after taking it for many years. She would not prescribe it due to the drug attics in town is what i was told. With out even understanding my medical condition.the medication i was taking was controlling my condition. Now thanks to her lack of Care and consideration. I got to go to the hospital because i was and still am very sick. I am not a drug abuser i always take my medication as prescribed. I would never recommend this place. Never.
