Dr. V is awesome! Front desk staff are amazing. The nursing team needs a lot of work. Now I need to find another doctor.

Prescription was sent to CVS in London Ohio vs my local pharmacy (Not CVS) in Circleville, Ohio. Not sure where the disconnect was seeing how I was asked where I wanted Prescription
sent to. Took me two hours to hunt down their mistake! Pay ATTENTION people!

3 different "doctors" (NPs) in 7 months.hmmmmm Strange didn't bother looking at my records before being rude on MyChart. Just try getting an appointment when you really need to see someone right away. You cannot if you don't know who the doctor of the month is. Very unorganized with fly by night staff.

I have been going to this place since it opened a few years ago. Tom, Amanda, and Tiffani are all fantastic! However, the receptionists have always been rude and unprofessional, especially on the phone! When you are finally able to talk to anyone anyway, the amount of time I have had to wait is wild. I may have only come across one office staff throughout the years who were friendly.

I would not recommend Tiffany strange as your doctor. I was seeing dr olentunda (I'm not sure if that's spelled correctly) and she was absolutely amazing. She seemed to really care and was always really sweet. She left so they put Tiffany as my new doctor. I've been batting depression, panic disorder, ptsd, anxiety and self harm so clearly I'm not feeling the best. I went in to get back on Effexor because it worked really well less than a year ago and I stopped taking it. I was already really anxious going in and dr Tiffany made me feel even more on edge. She never really asked about my symptoms which is fine but she seemed so careless, catty and like she was judging me for how I was feeling, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and like I was some weirdo bothering her just being there. She prescribed me the lowest dose and made a follow up appointment for 6 weeks. Last time I took Effexor they had me on the lowest dose and raised it up after a week which now I see why. It worked good for my anxiety after a week or two and then I just went back to how I was feeling before. I called to see if she will raise my dosage because at this point it's been a month that I've been on it. The lady told me she would talk to Tiffany and then call me back. So she calls me back later and tells me that Tiffany said she's not going to raise it because it takes 4-6 weeks to get in your system. I mean you would think I was asking for Xanax or some kind of narcotic. She didn't care to ask about my symptoms but now she's so concerned with raising my dose after being on it a month and it started to work and then stopped. That should tell you something right there, not to mention she can see In her charts that I've taken it before and how much they prescribed me. Clearly it would have been perfectly fine to raise my dosage. She didn't say no because she was worried about the side effects, let alone me. It just seemed like a control thing and to be petty for no reason. When I seen her she didn't ask about my symptoms and she just seemed careless but when I asked her to raise the dose, she's so concerned with that? Even though I've been on it less than a year ago with a higher dose.if she was that concerned you'd think she'd talk to me and ask about my symptoms and go from there, not just have the receptionist tell me no wait 2 more weeks. It's hard to wait a day feeling this way, let alone 2 weeks. When your dealing with someones mental health, maybe show some compassion or be kind. I mean you are a doctor after all. I was nothing but nice to her throughout the whole appointment so it just baffles me that as a doctor she would make someone feel worse leaving than when they came in.
