Adkins Sanitation has never let us down and always made us feel like we were top priority! When you call them with an issue, if at all possible, they will assist you within hours. They are very diligent about finding and fixing the problem. Communication is spot on, they will answer any and all questions with explanations you can understand. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating and the prices are unbeatable. This is a great company you can put your trust in.

Sewage backed up into the house due to blockage outside the house. Adkins was there within an hour and had it all fixed within 15 minutes! Amazing service and great customer service! Highly recommend!

We were short on being able to pay for the sanitation cleanout. The business owner remained cordial and professional awaiting our payment, which we were able to pay in full the next month. Life happens sometimes. It's nice to have businesses out there that understand this.

I have been using them for four years now. They are prompt and professional. Best money spent not having to empty black and gray tanks. Spend my time relaxing instead of working. Very friendly and helpful on the phone

Service man came out quickly and completed job within an hour. He figured out the source of my problem unlike previous plumbers. I was very happy with the service, highly recommend.

I had the septic tank emptied on May 7th. I needed the invoice right away and called the following Monday because the lady had said that the trucks have a weight scale and they should have the invoice the next day. I called multiple times over the following 3 weeks. All they would say is "the drivers are just now turning in their paper work, they will check and call us back". It took almost 4 weeks to get the invoice. They are very slow and do not get back with you.

This is the second time I have used Adkins Sanitation for a septic cleaning since I bought my house. Once again, professional and prompt service. From the contact on the phone, to the driver who arrived at my home, it was a fantastic service. The also gave me some good tips on keeping up on the maintenance of my system and better treatment products to buy which I did. I will defiantly be a returning customer.

Very happy with their company. I've had to call them on several occasions at different homes I've lived at and they always did everything they could to help.

I was told by the technician I was going to able to make payment plans and they will work with. I haven't heard from the company in weeks regarding payment. Was not contacted when or how much was even going to be with drawn. Several weeks later I wake up with an unexpected large withdrawal from the company. Luckily i randomly happen to check my account one morning and got hit with the bill.luckily I didn't overdraft on my account. Very unprofessional, would not recommend unless you have a nice bank account

Adkins provides good, quality service and Jed Adkins is the guy to go to! I was skeptical about having Adkins provide service for my septic system due to a previous encounter 7 years ago with an employee. I should have called and spoke to the owner then but didn’t. I had an issue with a riser and lid and the owner Jed, called me personally and handled it quickly, professionally and I couldn’t be happier. Adkins is a company I will always call and trust. A business can’t handle an issue if they are not aware. I’m pleased with their service.

Adkins has always provided me with excellent service for pumping out my RV trailer tanks at my seasonal camp sites in Ottawa County. I’ve been fortunate to meet a few of the drivers personally and have found them all to be very professional. I feel that the price for the pump out services are very fair and I have been very happy with all service requests I have made.

Called on a Sunday morning. Our pump had burned out because of all the rain the wk before. Jed called me back promptly, he was so courteous on the phone. Thought we needed to have sewer cleaned. He instead told me what to do to get drains and johns to go down. I appreciated his honesty and just a telephone with him.solved the problem! I will use Adkins next time most definitely!
