I went to the Tiffin Ave store in Findlay to get a battery for my 2012 Ford Focus. The battery change for this model of car is far from quick and easy. The employees could have told me to take it somewhere else to get it installed but instead took the time (well over 45 minutes) to figure it out and get it installed. They went above and beyond what is expected of them and I am thankful for that. I remember one of their names was Robert and the other I can not remember. I will continue to do business with this store.
The selection of products are good but the staff would rather not be bothered and hide in a back area of the store talking instead of walking store helping customers.
They were super helpful with getting my battery replaced. Super quick and efficient and had answers for every question I asked. I am super pleased with my visit today and the services they provided.

This store is amazing my starter went out I will try Lecy around this time last year I only Malibu and the guys working help me change in the parking lot and I even stay past closing time I do not take my service to anyone but Advanced the employees there are very awesome
