I stopped by here for wipers for my 2017 subaru impreza and it seems like the gentleman didn't know what he was talking about, because he goes "sorry you will need to go to the dealership to get new wipers, I can't help you. " I've bought wipers before for the car so I end up just going to the Napa in powell, and lo and behold they had the wipers (26 inch drivers and 16 inch passengers side).

I’ve been here for two separate issues. The first was to buy and swap a battery. I asked if they would replace the battery for me and was told “no” because they’d have to disassemble the top portion of the engine bay to get the battery out…so I just did it myself in their parking lot. No disassembly required. The guy should have just said he didn’t want to instead of lying. Unless he doesn’t know how to swap a battery…

The second was to get a new headlight bulb, and of course they sell the wrong size.

Sure they’re nice. But honestly, I’d rather deal with someone who knows how to perform routine and simple maintenance on vehicles.

I went in tonight because I needed windshield wipers. Jay helped me get some & even put them on for me! Thanks so much! He's awesome!

I called the store to discuss a battery issue. The gentleman I spoke with offered a solution that involved returning the battery to the store. I told him we would be there shortly.
I sent my son to return the item. He gave Nate a summary of why he was there. Nate knew nothing about my issue and seemed hesitate to work the solution offered by the person on the phone. After verifying I bought the battery from Advanced Auto, Nate came up with an even better solution to my problem. I truly appreciate Nate for what he did. His level of customer service made my day better!

Bought windshield Wipers. The gentleman helped me pick a good pair. And installed them in a matter of minutes. Thanks again

Stopped by for some transmission fluid they looked up which one I needed and took me to where it was at. Very good customer service.

Had to get a new battery today along with everyone else in Powell lol-it was very busy! The guys were friendly and welcoming and got us in and out quickly. Thanks again Nate!

Everyone was very helpful and went in the back to search for what we needed. Brent the manager handled a very difficult customer in a very professional way whereas I don’t think I would have had the patience to.

This place will lie to you! If you are looking for batteries don't go here. Got one 3 months ago and it won't hold a charge been there twice to have it recharged they said they would give me a new one then when I came back they said they couldn't do anything about it so now I have a three month battery that won't stay charged.

Good place to go to get your typical general-purpose auto parts. Prices are usually a little higher than you can find online but they have them there and available for when you need them. Usually have a pretty decent selection of sale items and their rewards program helps with coupons. Depending on the year of your vehicle, more specialty parts may not be in stock but can be ordered. Mimi, the manager, is simply awesome. If I have an emergency and need to pick up something quick this is my go-to place.

They have maybe 10 parts in stock, and have to order everything else. As far as"know-how", not so much!

Great customer service! Just had to buy a new windshield wiper and the kind man at checkout even helped me install it!
