6Used an online discount that I found and they honored it w no static. Also, they had the right part I ordered and on time.
I requested an alternator and a battery check, this was also after I borrowed a pair of needle nose pliers to check some fuses. They were extremely helpful with my issues and the battery I bought is still good and the same for the alternator.
Lot better now! Used to have a male that worked there was a pig towards women that knows car parts! LoL
John channels is a good manager and deserves a raise and goes above and beyond in customer service.
They are very helpful and fair on their prices. When they don't know a answer they will find it for you. When they don't have a part you need in stock they will order it for you or tell you what other stores in the area may have the part you need in stock. I had this experience at the bridgeport store and saint clairsville store as well. I hope your experience is as good or better than mine.
