Went in yesterday to purchase a battery. Standing at the counter, no aknowlegnent by the disheveled grey haired most unhelpful person behind the counter on his personal cell phone chatting with someone about cars. The business phone rings, he answers and puts them on hold, he continues to chat on his cell phone, still no aknowlegement I'm standing in front of him. Just the best customer service from Advance Auto. I went elsewhere. Can any business really stay in business losing sales because of poor customer service like this? Shop elsewhere Autozone is right around the corner.

I really don't like going to auto parts stores, picking out Tire dressing or wax is a no-brainer. But when you really need something, you always feel like these people are annoyed by you and just want you to hurry up and tell them what you need so you can let them get back to whatever video game they were playing. That is absolutely not the case at this particular auto parts store. I never know what I'm looking for, I have to actually explain it practically like charades. These guys are batting 100%, not only do they know what I'm looking for when I describe it they give me multiple options and tell me the best to purchase in their opinion. Everyone's always polite and I always leave feeling like I got a good deal for what I'm looking for. If you're looking for a good auto parts store, you can't beat these guys. Give them a shot you'll be glad you did

First time there the people were too busy checking in their lunch and arguing with each other to help me as I bought the wrong item after I looked in their manuals that told me the wrong thing. Had to go back after I tried to fix my problem with the wrong part for over an hour. Exchanged for the right one. I'll never go back.

I had a great experience during this visit. I needed some plastic bumper clips for my car that would have been difficult to find a on my own, but a helpful staff member helped me immediately.
Great service, I’ll definitely go back for future needs.

I like going here. The employees are always nice and they have everything I need. It's never really busy and I can be in and out with no issues.

I called on yesterday to see if they did check engine light evaluations. I was told today they haven't done it since the pandemic started. Poor service and miscommunication between staff members. Someone needs to train their staff better on this particular matter.

Employees to busy watch TV and /or you tube.
I'll shop elsewhere now. Which I did they were more interested in my need than there own cell phones

Each time I visit this shop, I appreciate the staff more and more. Most recently (today) I had something stuck in my tire causing it to leak air. Fortunately, as I was going into a different store a bystander told me she heard air coming out. I tried Goodyear but they were closed, so I want to Advanced Auto Parts and their guy sold me a kit and helped me repair it and did not even accept the tip I tried to give him. I did not get his name but he reminded me of Bobby from Son's of Anarchy in appearance, great dude.

On other occasions their employees have helped me test batteries and starters and replace batteries. Each situation is not hassle for them and saved me a significant amount of time and trouble.

Even the customers I meet during these times are good folks. These experiences make me a proud Twinsburg Resident and Advanced Auto Parts customer.

Limped into the parking lot with a half dead battery and was told that they could not replace it for me due to not being capable of reaching/accessing certain components. Went down the road to AutoZone and they replaced the battery in 15 minutes. Dude behind the counter was just lazy, I will be literally going anywhere else.
Nice selection of inventory though.
