They filled a cavity on a tooth I never had an issue with and now I can't even eat on that side of my mouth. Paid a deposit for an appointment I never went to only to get a bill saying I owe more money, even though I was told my insurance ran out and would be paying out of pocket. Called and got an explanation that doesn't make sense.

After years of fearing trips to the dentist, I've finally found one that I am BEYOND comfortable with! Over the last few years I've developed anxiety over many things, including dental work. Turns out, all I needed to find was a great practice with caring people. Dr. Sam is great as is the entire staff. They all go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and well informed! I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking!

Like most people, I have anxiety when going to the dentist. The doctors & their assistants at Advanced Dental Care are amazing. They really put you at ease and are painless! I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Steve Walters was awesome! He was so fast and I barely felt it. I would highly recommend him & his practice.

My dentist was super friendly and informative. My dental cleaning was great. I was told I needed a filling so I booked that. I signed an agreement for the amount out of pocket and the rest would be covered by insurance. I didn’t like that the anesthesia was put into my jaw before the procedure. It was painful and lasted a long time. I’ve only ever had it in my gums so it was weird. Filling is pretty good, was uncomfortable for a week. Then I am informed by the office that I owe an extra $287 for the filling. I have never paid that much for a filling and I used to pay out of pocket. I wouldn’t have agreed to have that done for that price. I would’ve went somewhere else. I’m very unhappy.

I've been to a couple dentists in the area, this is the best experience I've had by far. It actually feels like they care, which is a refreshing surprise. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

1. BILLING is UNETHICAL. Said didn't receive check, i stopped payment & sent a new check. Ultimately they cashed both checks, after stopped pymt expired, & double billed to accommodate.
Believe they were holding original check, since it said Paid In Full (wasn't paying the late fee as I was debating out of network charges) & they knew what I didn't that stopped pyment on check expires. Now they received twice as much as my original bill and will not refund.
2. In Network Dentist was a NO SHOW twice, assigned to new dentist that I found out after billing was NOT in network. LESSON LEARNED
3. Humming dentist can be a bit much!

If you are looking for an exceptional dentist, I strongly recommend Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics! Bottom line up front - world class service and care. I was extremely impressed on the professionalism and personal care provided during my recent appointments. Dr. Samuel Stevens is so outstanding, I can foresee him eventually inducted into the Dentist Hall of Fame.

I absolutely love this dental practice! The front desk has always been so kind. That means a lot. The dentists are so knowledgeable and up to date. I would recommend them highly.

Other than the fact that I had to have dental work done at all, I have never had a negative experience any time I have had to go - from the people at the front desk, to the techs and the dentists, everyone is friendly, professional, and efficient.

I was really impressed with the clinic and the staff - We first visited them for my 6 and 8year old yearly cleaning and they were so nice and attentive- I had a dental emergency while being 4month pregnant, they fit me in the same day and helped me through all the steps, Dr Steven was explaining every step, called the next day to check on me - I was a new patient, but felt they went far and beyond for me- Thank You and definitely recommend them.

I am in awe! You definitely need to go here. Let me start with the fact that I have had a broken tooth since 2020 when the pandemic started, and I have been too anxious to go to the dentist and fix it. I have something called agoraphobia which makes it hard to leave my house. I literally spent three years in therapy working my way up to trying to go to the dentist. Most dentists would not work with my agoraphobia or would not get me in at a time that would be good for me to manage my agoraphobia. I normally live in New York, but I came to Ohio to visit a sick family member. I found this one online and saw the great reviews. I thought maybe they can get me in while I am here and I can finally fix this tooth. I only wish I had called here sooner. I am definitely coming back and referring all my local friends and family. My tooth that had been cracked for three years is now fixed, and I am so happy I can cry! A few notes about this dentist office: It is very clean and modern. They make you feel safe right when you walk in the door with the opening receptionist. The assistant I had Madisyn was very kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything to me. I like how all the rooms had windows, which for me as an agoraphobe was so helpful. I had Dr. Kiren do my work and she was very good and explained everything. I ended up having a root canal and I had no pain or anxiety at all. It was a miracle. A dream! I am so thrilled. These people are lifesavers and will help you!

I decided to give this place a try as we were working next door on a construction project, I had a root canal which had been acting up and causing ulcers in my mouth. Dr Steve said the ulcers are caused by a "virus".

The team is very friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in the door, sit in the chair, etc. I am confident my oral care is the priority of all at Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics.

Dr. Sam and the entire staff at Advanced Dental Care are top notch. Everyone from the receptionists, various techs, hygienists, up to the doctors are a quality act. Highly recommend!
