My appointment at the Waterville office was an absolutely pleasant experience from the minute I walked in the door until walking out. Each and every person I worked with was pleasant, kind, respectful and open to any of my questions. I would definitely recommend Advanced Eye Care to others for their optical needs!

Everyone there is very nice and helpful, but the frames and lenses are way overpriced. Also do not get your pupil distance checked here, $15 for them to hold a ruler up to your face with a shaky hand and eyeball the measurement. I went to a new store not long after and had them use a pupil measuring machine for free, and it turns out the ruler measurement was wrong. So now the overpriced standard glasses can't even be a backup pair because the lenses are different from my new pair.

Staff was first class! They explained everything to me went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything they were telling me Dr Madison was super nice and very helpful in explaining what she was doing dearing my eye testing! I will let my insurance company know how great everyone was there

I had to switch from a previous doctor due to insurance restrictions but the team at Advanced Eye Care was awesome! They setup and explained everything, the process was easy, the staff is upbeat, fun and knowledgeable! I have a follow up with them and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone in need!

Overall a very good experience. My second year of having my eyewear needs taken care of here. Great value for your money. Quality of lenses is better than value eyewear. Megan was very helpful along with the rest of the office.
