3I have come here several times for tests and each time I have been very happy with the whole experience. While I can say ALL the staff have been wonderful, I would like to shout out to Annette who went out of her way this past visit to make sure that my orders were received, that I was scheduled quickly, and that they would be read in time for my appointment. She even gave me a candy bar on my way out! Thank you Annette!
Accounting is a mess! I paid my balance in full and kept receiving invoices. I called them on this and sent my receipt to the email they requested. Now I have collectors calling me about it. Absolutely ridiculous!
I went to advanced diagnostics for a series of MRIs which would’ve taken me several hours but however the technician I had (Heather) was very quick and got them all handed in under 3 hours. I have not yet received a written Report (it’s only been 2 days) however I am very grateful for the Care Heather gave me. I recently have been having very bad interactions with healthcare providers but Heather was a breath of fresh air and I just want to thank her. I actually drove two hours from home just to come to advantage diagnostics for the simple fact Heather gave me a call personally before my appointment and we went over everything that was going on with me!
