Just bought my first new car from here and entire process was great. This isn't some "name brand" type dealer where they try to rip you off any way they can. It's a mom and pop type and it shows. Lynne was so nice and friendly the entire time as was the finance lady. When it came time to buy I was in and out very fast. They never tried to push me to buy some add on or extra insurance I didn't want. I highly recommend coming here if you're shopping for a Subaru!

They are greasy salesman. Sold a car with body damage and tried to cover it with red nail polish. Service department would not answered phone calls or call back when we called trying to get information for when the car would be done. Service department manager and employees are very rude and will talk down to you when you ask them questions about paying a bill. Do not buy a car here DO NOT have your car serviced here.

The Adventure Subaru Service Advisor, Michael Harris, was everything professional and welcoming. He was knowledgeable concerning my vehicle, respectful of my time, generous and thorough in explaining things, offered options for my consideration that saved me money, and he did it all with kindness and a sense of cheerfulness that showed he cared about me as a person and wanted my loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend Adventure Subaru’s Service Department and offer accolades to Michael Harris. You have earned my customer loyalty.

Tony was our salesman and he was great! He took the time to explain so many things and has the patience of a saint with all our questions and we ended up buying a Subaru.something we never considered.we had actually came to look at a Hyundai. The whole atmosphere of the dealership is amazing.everyone was so nice and the process was easy and there was never any pressure.even after all the hours he spent with us.would recommend this dealership and Tony Canzone. Thanks again Tony I am loving the new car!

Waited for my cross trex- so happy i did- the service was great and they worked with me on the best deal- consistent communication- service dept was quick and efficient- all around good customer service.

I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Dealership showed zero interest in buying back a very desirable, low milage WRX which is weird considering they have very few cars on their lot. Dealership doesnt have anyone answering phones consistently and sales manager doesnt return calls or text. After calling numerous times and leaving a couple messages and sending photos I finally got a random insulting low ball offer. I ended up selling to Carvana for $3,000 more. I am actually glad they didnt call back because it forced me to look elsewhere and ending up with a fair offer.

Brought my car in for a recall issue. Was advised that there were two outstanding recalls, so I told them to do both. I was told this could require leaving the car overnight, which I was okay with. The car was still not ready the next day and I wasn't advised. It was promised for "before noon" the following day. Called Adventure around 12: 15 pm and was told the car still wasn't done. Finally received a call at 4 pm advising the car was ready. I picked up the car and was nearly overcome by gasoline fumes on the way home. One of the recalls was for a fuel pump, so possibly the mechanic spilled fuel on the car or got gasoline inside the car when he moved it, but the next day it is still obnoxious. I can't comment about the quality of the work. The car seems to be performing fine, but the communication issues and the condition in which the car was returned don't inspire me to return to this dealership.

Thinking of how or where to buy my next car during the last year and a half had been difficult. Between low inventories, and "adjusted values" that turned a sub $20k car to an almost $30k at some dealerships, I had no idea what to do. When I was running out of options and thought I would have to pay way above MSRP I found this dealership and they were able to get me the exact car I wanted, for market value. Bob and Jim were incredibly kind throughout the process and I cannot thank the Adventure enough for not undermining consumers in need of transportation and providing incredible service while providing a great product

Adventure Subaru is the best. They picked up my car almost immediately this morning as soon as I called. Fixed the problem and brought it back this afternoon. Excellent job!

Can’t thank the service team enough for fixing up my tire on the spot! Enormous bolt through it two days prior to a major road trip and they troubleshooted, gave me several options, and had it done in an hour. Since my car purchase two years ago, nothing but the best service I’ve ever had on a car, all around!

Ordered a Subaru Forester Wilderness from Adventure Subaru. I worked with Rhonda and she was wonderful. They don't overcharge for a vehicle, and they don't push any upgrades. They explain everything but they aren't pushy. I will definitely purchase another car from them. I highly recommend them. They care about their customers.

My wife and I flew into Cleveland to purchase a car from Ben at Adventure Subaru. Ben did a great job getting everything ready for us and ensuring that we were all set up to leave the lot with our vehicle that day. I remember him sharing his technical knowledge to explain the car to us. We appreciated his knowledge and hard work. He even detailed the car by hand before we showed up. We're grateful for our Subaru Outback, thanks Ben!

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. They could have tried to up-sell me on a bigger package but they said it wasn't needed, which I much appreciated. Service was timely and professional. This is the only place I will have my Outback serviced. Good going team!
