2Largest but the worse power company ever. Desides it is best to shut down power to homes while it is 100°F outside and ask us to turn off our AC. Are you kidding me! People around me have no other place to go, are elderly, and are losing money on food due to their refrigerators being off for more than 4 hrs. Get your self together and fix the issue with the grid rather than shutting it all off.
A garbage company with horrible customer service. Will lie to you. They use binoculars to inspect electric work? I call bs. They will yell at you on the phone even though you stay polite. They aren’t allowed to use emails.what else do I need to say? If you’re reading this right now and your house is in a section that can only be serviced by AEP I would consider moving.
I’m 100% serious about everything I just wrote.
