First visit. Todd was my rep and we had a very pleasant experience. He was very thorough and easy to understand. I felt relaxed while there and confident when I left.

A comprehensive and well structured explanation of sleep apnea, the BiPAP machine, and how to use it. I came in very apprehensive about the whole idea of the BiPAP machine and left feeling very inspired about my future with the machine and the support I was going to get
