Waiting on my last paycheck and they still haven't paid me for the hours I worked at ace hardware in west Jefferson very poor temp service to work for and trying to get ahold of someone half the time to speak with is not professional at all

Terrible professionalism skills. They did not communicate at all with my boyfriend on any paperwork updates or drug screening. They decided to call on random day and lecture him telling him he needed to take his drug test “today” (keeping in mind the place closed in 45 minutes) or they would pull his offer. In a rush we rushed to get the test done. After 6 days they had not got a hold of him at all. He had emailed and called. Previously he has warned them he is an essential worker and works 2am shifts and sometimes 4am. They called him this morning while he was at work so he couldn’t answer. In a message, they informed him to call and get an update on the drug screening. So he did after work, while on the phone with then, they called again so he did not answer. They proceeded to text him and say “I’m at getting really frustrated with your lack of communication and expected better from you through this process. ” Fits of all they didn’t respond to over half of his emails and text. Accused him of trying to hide something, they said he had paperwork missing when he actually never did. Terrible people, unprofessional staff and very inconsiderate. Never again.

Said the job would go on till April. It ended a after only working there one week. It’s been weeks and still haven’t gotten my only check. Basically said it was lost in mail. More like they never sent it. You main office receives the check from corporate and sends it to you. Now I gotta sign a paper and wait another who knows how long to get the check. Unreal how it is handled.

If I don’t see or here anything after I send the paper. I will possibly seek legal help and make them see actually how bad it is.

I've been working through aerotek at Kdc-one for over 4 weeks now, and I have only gotten paid 1 time! I’m supposed to be waiting on a call back from corporate, but they still have yet to get back with me! This is the worst temp service company I’ve ever worked for, and I’m currently looking into my legal options! Never work for this Temp place, they will not pay you! I have been told of multiple cases exactly like mines with no resolve! Warwick is the worst recruiter ever by the way, so if you Absolutely have to go through aerotek, do not let him be anywhere near your information or money! WORST COMPANY IN COLUMBUS OHIO GUARANTEED!

Guy named Bo an Anthony completely wasted my time an never set me up with the walk thru like they said so I had to wait another week lost my place to live as a result tarek seemed helpful

Sent to 2 different unsafe work environments.my pay all messed up no electricity no food. Nothing but hardship with this company

This is by far the best temp agency I've been through and they actually care about their employees. They called me 10 minutes after I applied for them and had me placed at a job in 3 days and let me do everything over email. Logan is the best one there and after I started my job she personally called me to see if it was a right fit for me.

Aerotek came to my rescue when I needed them most. I was surprised with how fast I got an interview and the staff were great. My recruiter, Ibrahim really helped me out a lot and I would not have found my new job (which I love) without them.

My recruiter Patrick is hands down the best dude I've met in a while. He has located a few jobs for me and has always been on time. If you're serious about working he will get you together. Tell him Jonathan Brown sent ya!

I apply there before 3 weeks ago and I was looking for a position I tried to call them many time morning Afternoon like 8 Times a day no answers even I left voicemail so they can get back to me they didn’t so I have to drive 30 minutes to there to see a recruiter I ended up waiting 2 hours seems they taking lunch for 2 hours anyway my recruiter showed up to me to tell me that the place am looking for is already filled up and she told me she will call me after 1 or two hours later for another position but she didn’t and she don’t even answer the calls

Madison Ryder in the Maumee, OH office was a very GOOD recruiter! She had only had 1 month into the company and got me in for an interview with her and then company that was applied for the next day! I got the JOB! She was easy to talk to and make the process that much more comfortable! Thanks Madi!

Terrance and Joey are clowns. Both tell lies. Communication is a joke. The only real professional I saw was Kaitlyn the receptionist.

WORST company to ever work for. They are SO beyond unprofessional. When I first started with them I had the issue of them not answering my calls or emails and just getting the run around of things. After starting with them it was okay but they were rude and didn’t really care about their employees or issues. I started back with them a couple months later and ran into a health issue causing me to stop working and when I let me manager know he didn’t care to even reply that day or the next day when I sent him another message. I didn’t get paid on time, yet again and he ignored my message about my paycheck as well. SUPER unprofessional and they only care about themselves and their relationship with the companies they place employees with. Huge waste of time.

I've had a wonderful experience from all of this. They found me a woderful place to start working, good pay, friendly coworkers, and this is a huge step from my old job.
