Amanda was such a pleasure to deal with. These days, there are so many stressful environments due to Covid and Amanda has a wonderful calmness and pleasantness about her that it wasn’t stressful at all to just pop in and get a quick Covid test. Thank you Amanda for spreading those good vibes!

Very fast and great care. I'd rather drive longer to get faster care, especially with young children. Great nurse practioners that remember when you've been there multiple times and care.

If I could give this facility in Mentor more stars I would. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. I would personally like to thank Amanda, Michael and Dr. Kristin for the excellent care you have given me on 2 separate occasions. I highly recommend this facility for your medical needs. Thank you!

This is one of the best urgent cares I have ever been to Danielle at the front was very attentive and welcomed me right when I walked in the door. I was checked in with in a couple minutes and little to no wait time to be taken back to a room. Becky was great and friendly. The doctor I seen was great very nice and caring. I want to say her name was Kristen. I will make this my go to urgent care from the experience that I received while I was there. 5 stars isn’t enough for this facility. Thank you to all the staff at the clinic today. I will recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Came in for the first time Olivia was amazing checking me in she got me right in and helped me pull up my insurance information! Then the nurse he pulled me right back and was very friendly attending to my needs and concerns I will definitely come back here! The provider was very informative and listened and took the time addressing my concerns….

Quick and easy appointment made online. Showed up 15 minutes early to fill out information. Only sat for 5 minutes and I was in 5 minutes earlier than expected. Professional, friendly and understanding. I hope I don't need to be back, but if I do I would be happy to have to come here!
