These guys are great. I called them to repair my freezer and the knob on my stove. Dustin was quickly able to tell me that the freezer couldn't affordably be repaired and showed me exactly why. He did repair the stove knob at a fair price. I would recommend them to any one

Called for an appointment to repair my washing machine which wasn't spinning. They gave me an appointment for a couple days later, Friday night between 5-8pm. Called me a couple of hours before the appointment that their techs had issues and wouldn't make it. They could try on Saturday afternoon and if not would be out Monday between 3-5pm. No call, no show on Saturday. No call, no show on Monday. So sat waiting on techs for three days with no follow up. Can not recommend as good business practice. Disappointed.

Jeff from Affordable Appliance Service came out today and within a 1/2 hour fixed our 10 yr old refrigerator for a more than reasonable price. I had not heard of them before but they were able to schedule a repair visit quicker than any of the other places I called. So quick, on-time service, reasonable price and Jeff has a great sense of humor! If I need any other appliance repairs I will definitely call them again.

When my refrigerator stopped cooling, Jeff was able to work me in the next day and this was less than a week after the Dayton tornado swarm. He was professional and his work was neat. He fixed the issue and told me how to prevent it from happening again. And he charge $30 less than his original estimate, which was reasonable to begin with. Great Job!

Our washing machine wouldn't let the water out. So I called to get an estimate. They came out the very next day. Super fast, and the guy who fixed it was really nice. Our pump needed replaced and he had it installed in no time. I would definitely recommend these guys for everything. Very professional, great prices, and fast service.

Jeff came same day to repair my deep freezer. I was so happy he came the same day otherwise I would've lost hundreds of dollars of spoiled meat.he saved the day!

My dryer stopped working and I called to see if anyone could come out to diagnose it. Jeff came out the SAME DAY, at 8: 30 PM no less, and fixed TWO problems with my dryer. It runs great now and dries clothes better than before! Jeff was in and out in no time, talked me through and showed me everything he was doing, and cracked some pretty funny jokes during the process. The price was amazingly affordable and Jeff was an all-around great guy!

Our dryer was making an unbearable sound and Jeff came out to see what he could do. He was in and out in less than an hour, and charged us exactly what was quoted. He was very, very kind and efficient. There was a light inside of our dryer that we didn’t know existed, and he fixed that too! He also took the extra time to clean out any lint inside, which he did not have to do. The service was definitely worth the price and we will be calling again if we need any other repairs.

Called for a dryer repair 11/6/18. Was told up front about the estimated cost of the repair. Jeff and Brandon came out the very next day. They showed up within the estimated time. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Heating element was burnt-out. They replaced the heating element and cleaned the dryer of escaped lint. Though it looked like I could have done the repair. The peace of mind of a 220 electrically run appliance done professionally was worth the cost, which I thought was fair. Highly recommend using Affordable Appliance Service.

Great experience! Jeff arrived within his quoted window.on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, made the repair with an affordable rate and was personable and friendly.

Jeff came down the first time and tried to fix my ice maker on just a $50 service charge. When this didn't work, he came back and credited my service charge and replaced the part.
While here, my wife mentioned that she could constantly here water running. He then indicated it was the old reverse osmosis unit and helped us remove it - no charge. Simply stated - he is terrific, wish I could give him six stars!

Jeff came out to fix my washer leak. He didn't have the part with him, but returned later the same day with the part and now my washer is running great! $129 out the door, which I thought was very fair, especially for two trips.

Wonderful small local business. My washing machine broke on Memorial day and I was scheduled for shoulder surgery the next day. I needed my machine bad! Jeff had it fixed later that afternoon. Happy customer here!

Tried to talk me through changing a belt on my dryer. Once I realized I couldn't figure it out they came over and fixed me right up. Didn't even charge me full price since it was so quick! Super nice!

Scheduled an appointment - no call no show. Reluctantly scheduled another appointment. No call no show. Scheduled third appointment due to receiving incentive with a "great discount". No call no show (despite making it clear I was having to rearrange work schedules/meetings)

Amazingly affordable and unmatched customer service! Our full-sized upright freezer and fridge/freezer combo both went out in the same week. We assumed our fridge would need to be completely replaced due to age. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call and returned both to perfect working order within 1-2 hours. He also told us how we could fix it ourselves if it ever happened again. He saved us at least $800 (by not having to by a new fridge). Great service, highly recommend!
