I think I'm gonna try a different dentist. All the staff is completly new. I felt the tech didn't know exactly what she was doing. Took a while to get in. Was there for 2 hours and when I made the appointment was told 15 minutes to a half-hour I don't mean to complain but it's not the same service I got from Dr ruby. Ok it's been 2 years since my first visit with this new dentist that took over for Dr phifer so I may give them another try for new dentures. I went through the newer reviews. I seen more good than bad which is a great sign. I think because everyone was new. It takes time to get a team on the same Paige especially after COVID

The staff and Dentist were super nice and helpful and make the whole experience very relaxing. The prices are also definitely worth checking out as well.

I can't believe the amazing service & results that I have received from this Office. Doctor & his staff are extremely patient, supportive and professional. They listen to what you Want & advise you on what is best treatment plan for you. I am just at the beginning of my Journey with just getting my extractions and healing dentures yesterday. But I am screaming a huge Thank You. I highly recommend this office for anyone who has dental needs.

All the people have been very professional and nice. They listen to my issues and gave me options for treatment plans. Since I started treatment they have been wonderful. When I have pain issue they have gotten me in the same day and did an adjustment on denture to relieve the pain. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional from the front receptionist to the Denist. Options and procedures explained well with no high pressure sales pitches. Would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

All but this last visit was very good but this time not went in with lower plate in snag because it is so loose don’t go back until middle of December could have reclined the one I have but instead left the same way I went in not happy with todays visit nothing done to help me.

Everyone here is amazing! Dr. Khalid, zach, the receptionist, everyone are all very reassuring, helpful, respectful and non judgemental. They help put your mind at ease during a difficult time.

Had my first appointment today very clean very professional went over every option with me until I felt comfortable. Paying out of pocket and you have to pay up front but already feel more comfortable with them than a dentist I've been dealing with for a while

I have never been more pleased and satisfied with a dentist as I have this one. They were not only kind but they listened to what I had to say and was thorough from the start as well. I felt important and that I mattered. I will continue to do business with them in my future. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr and staff and very nice. But I arrive early for all appointments and have to wait as much as a hour before I am taken to a treatment room where I wait more. Also treatment that was to take 6 months has taken over a year and a half. This practice needs to learn to finish treatments on schedule.

Appointment was right on time. Very personable and great people to work with. Explained the details of the procedure and was very gentle in which I greatly appreciate!

Went to get consult about extractions and dentures. Was showed info on paper (printed from computer) (but not given to me. Was informed they would give me all the paperwork when completed). Needed a script.
Was informed 2 extractions would be $165 due to long roots, rest would be $99 each. Upper and lower full dentures $1500 each. A different person came in to take over, I informed the new staff I was only interested in currently the extractions at this time.said they would need medical clearance from my pcp before they would schedule the extractions, printed a script and gave me the pricing sheet. When I got to the pharmacy I noticed the prices had changed. Now the prices shows I need 3 extractions at $199 each and other extractions at $135 each. Bait and switch! I called my pcp and informed them to ignore the medical clearance request because of dishonest pricing!
This is not honest pricing!

Just an amazing experience! Everyone in the office was great! Very kind and understanding. Answered any questions i had. Would recommend 100% Thank you for making this very big thing in my life so much easier.

I’ve decided to take this company to civil court to get my money back. I’ve finally found a lawyer that has agreed to take my case and also has agreed On my end.

Excellent place to have any kind of dental work done. Very nice and clean place staff was excellent and never had any pain at all.

They were professional and kind. They answered my questions and patiently listened to my concerns. They were also prompt. I would recommend friends and relatives to them.
