Affordable Dentures & Implants, Cincinnati OH

From the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and reassuring. From the front desk to the assistants and the Big guy, the doctor! Everyone treated me with respect and eased my anxiety from dealing with other horrible dentists in the area. I would recommend anyone to come here. I can’t remember everyone’s name but each young lady in the office was kind, very friendly, and talked me through the process. Thank you and I can’t wait to get my smile back!

Terrible, after waiting an hour was told the dentist would not be able to see my sister who is blind and can hardly walk, it was very difficult to get her there and then to be treated so rudely was inexcusable. We will never go back again and i am telling everyone what a terrible place they are to treat an 80 year old disabled woman so rudely.

I can’t say how much I love this place & I’m terrified of dentists in general HOWEVER- The Dentist here and all of the staff truly care and make you feel as comfortable as possible, they go above and beyond to answer all your questions and truly show compassion in the patient and the situation.
If you’re feeling nervous or scared then just know if you choose to go to this location that you’ll feel a LOT better and wish you’d of went sooner bc if you’re anything like me, you’ve waited long enough due to being afraid etc.

I appreciate everyone at this office for all the help and work done so far, I look forward to finishing the work I need done so that I can have a real smile again

Today was my first appointment at Affordable Dentures & implants, being afraid of Dentist, I fell very comfortable with everyone, they was very nice and friendly, helpful and respectful, I will recommend family and friends to go to Affordable Dentures and implants for there Dental work.

I went yesterday for my first visit I am terrified of dentist. I went in they made me feel very comfortable. Explained my treatment plan very clearly to me. Treated me very respectfully, they do except gov. Insurance, I don't know how they was in that past today, it is good place.
I will keep you updated on next experience. BT, if you are looking for people that will be honest, n treat you friendly, this is it.

The people were great and very accommodating. My only complaint is that they were 45 minutes late getting to me and it was very cold in the waiting area

Great experience. Had six pulled and no pain. That’s a win win for me. Bottom dentures fit great. Fast friendly service with great people. Went back for fitting fast friendly experience. People there are really nice.

The ladies who work there are really nice. But they are severely understaffed. No one answers the phone there. You can leave messages, but good luck getting anyone to call you back. The morning of my tooth extraction i had to get the medicine for the procerure. I took the prescription to my pharmacy, and they didnt fill out the prescription right and my pharmacy couldnt fill in until they told them the missing information. I and the pharmacy tech had to call repeatedly to get the missing info. Call, ring ring, answering machine. Hang up and repeat. For 20 minutes straight. We finally get the information and book it back to the dentist for the extraction. Be prepared to make lots of phone calls to follow up and to ask about if your dentures are in yet. After they took my impressions I was told about two weeks and they would be in and I could come in for a fitting. After about 2 and a half weeks I started calling them for an update. I called all week, left messages, no one called me back. I finally went there in person to ask about it. The lady at the front desk said let me check, found a box on the shelf behind her, opened it and said, here it is.now, had I not stopped in, who knows how long it would have taken them to call me. It was already almost two weeks past the two week time frame they originally said they would be in. I set up an appt for the fitting with the teeth in the metal bracket. What was supposed to be a quick in and out took 45 minutes because it wasn't fitting right. The dentist kept filling the back tooth down on the side I said was hitting. It wasn't until I got home and looked in the mirror, because there wasn't one in the room, and could see that the "gum" was too far down and hitting my gum and so the plate wouldn't sit properly. I'm not sure why the dentist couldn't see that when as soon as I got a hold of a mirror, I figured out what the problem was. The dentist kept saying that it would take time for my mouth to adjust and made it seem like there wasnt a problem with the plate, it was just me needing to get used to the new plate. I wore them to a work function and could barely eat. The only thing that i could manage was the mashed potatoes which i basically had to swallow. My jaw was sore for the rest of the week. I stopped in to make another appt for them to shave down the gum, since you cant call and get through to anyone. You also can't make an appt online, because that's only for new patients, not existing ones. So now I have a back tooth on the plate that is shaved down super far down when I think it's actually the metal part that's not right, but I can't see that far back in my mouth without one of those little mouth mirror things they have. So, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are so understaffed that the four or so appts I had with them there was a new temp that they were training everytime I was there. Don't go here unless you enjoy playing phone tag, and being spoken to as if an inconvenience to the dentist if you say that something isn't fitting right. They really need to shut down for a week, get caught up on all the backlog of phone calls and inventory they need to sort out, and clean up the reception area. The carpet behind the front desk has stains and spills and is gross. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

They advertise medicade accepted. After scheduling and answering a bunch of questions, they do NOT accept. This was a huge waste of time. Please update your page.
