To begin with it took several phone calls with no return calls to finally talk with someone, that should of been my first clue. Second no written estimate, it was a cash deal. I spoke with Bill the owner in my yard, the intention was to plant a red maple in the existing spot. He suggested removing a section of fence to get his equipment in the yard, I stated that was not an option. He said not a problem that the stump could still be removed for an up charge. I agreed. He was paid as agreed upon. Bill said the stump was removed just brush away the fill and plant your tree. To my dismay all he did was level the stump with the lawn. I called him, he said I never told him about planting a tree and hung up on me! He never came back to make it right. What a crook! Subsequently a freind removed the stump and the red maple was planted.

This company eventually came to give us an estimate. When we called and asked a time frame to do the job, we were told they'd get back with us. After two additional calls and no reply from them, we found another someone else who did a great job. This company probably does a very good job, but we wouldn't know, since they never called back. I wish they would have at least said something to us, because we delayed our project waiting 2 weeks for a return call.
