Affordable Vinyl Siding company and repairs, Brook Park OH

Some of our siding was damaged from storms earlier this year and the first group I contacted told us it'd take ~6 months for repairs so I reached out to Affordable Vinyl Siding and they responded right away. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and made working with them a breeze. They were able to come out and replace our damaged siding with new pieces within just a couple of weeks of reaching out. It was a huge weight off our shoulders. I would definitely recommend them

Mike was fast to respond, gave me a quote from sending him a picture and was able to do the repair the next business day. Friendly and trustworthy. The first company I called gave me their minimum charge and was 3 weeks out just to look at it. Highly recommend, Affordable Vinyl Siding.

Hired this company to repair my siding. Appreciated the quote via text as well as quick quote. However, he constantly contradicted himself in the timing of the job getting done and called me a liar for stating he initially committed to doing the work in the next day or two. Additionally, every phone call was extremely unprofessional with him talking to other people on his side of the line while talking to me along with his tone of voice. I just wanted a window of time like any other contractor gives for the work. He gave it to me but did so in an aggressive way stating his job is "fluid" and he can't stand by this time frame. The conclusion was made to not move forward as this is clearly not a professional I'm trying to hire and work with. He later texted me calling me a "Control Freak" for wanting to know what time he would be at my house. This is not a company I would ever recommend or work with ever.

Mike and his team came out to replace vinyl siding on one days notice. There were able to match the siding and replace numerous sections of damaged panels. Cleaned up and cut up old siding. I would hire Mike and his team again. I also have extra siding in case I need another repair. Hire them for your next job. Mike has over 40 years experience. Use him.

I needed two exterior bathroom vent hoods replaced. One had a missing grille, and a bird made a nest in the tube. The hoods are about 25 feet high, so I had no desire to do the job myself. After months of contractors committing to do the job and not showing up, and winter coming and going, I decided to check Craigslist.

On May 11,2023, I saw Mike’s ad, but didn’t think he would take such a small job. I sent a text anyway. To my surprise, Mike called me a few minutes later. I told him what needed done, and he agreed to do the job the next day, for less than half the price I anticipated.

The next morning at approximately 8: 30am, Mike and his wife were in my driveway. Their son-in-law, also named Mike, showed up shortly after.

By 10: 30am, son-in-law Mike had removed the empty nest and installed the new (flatter) hoods. What a load off my mind!

I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience. I highly recommend these folks, and will definitely use them again.

Company did an excellent job repairing siding on my garage after recent wind damage. They were very professional and worked very hard throughout the day. Would most definitely use them for any future work I may need. Thank you.

Owner was very responsive, communication with him happened throughout process. Mike came out within 24 hours and repaired multiple locations of loose siding. Price was reasonable. You’re getting the same nasty reviews, it’s not everyone else it’s you. You’re old, ignorant, and probably stuck in your ways. Someone needs to take your phone calls for you. You know you can’t provide good customer service that’s why you try to avoid speaking to people and ask them to text all the information. Don’t worry you will not get my business and no one else’s I know. No need to pray for me I don’t know who you pray to. For the record I am extremely intelligent with a business of my own. I’ve never had nasty reviews as you. Before getting off the phone I asked to confirm you cannot repair my siding but can complete an entire job, every time you went into another explanation instead of saying yes, no, or that is correct. People don’t read these negative remarks thinking it’s the customer or a one off situation, He was nasty from the very start telling me I didn’t send pictures which I knew I did.

Mike and his crew repaired siding on my Rocky River home. They did excellent work for a very fair price! Mike was very responsive to my initial call and followed up on getting the work done in a timely manner, even though it was the middle of Winter. I highly recommend this company.

We called to get an estimate. Sent pictures as ask. We were actually going to hire for them for the job. As speaking to him for price and asking questions he became very rude and irate. Screaming and yelling for no reason. I was actually at work at the time and had him on speaker phone because his phone was breaking up. My whole office heard the way he spoke to me and were just flabbergasted on how unprofessional he was. The only question I ask was could someone come out an tarp the whole for now since it would possibly be two weeks before they could come out, witch was fine with me. I totally understand with weather and other scheduling they may have had. I am not a roofer or deal with siding so I ask questions and he treated me like I was child and I should know these things. I still stayed calm and professional with him while he was yelling from the top of his lungs at me. I hand to hang up since I was at work and he was so rude. It is a shame people treat you so badly when you are trying to give them business. I usually don't post or send bad reviews but his actions and words were totally uncalled for and very aggressive. I'm sure they do a great job, since this is the business they are in but as far as being personal and professional, they may want someone else taking calls and dealing with customers. Thank you!

Just read your response. It seems to me if anyone has a bad review you go right to blaming the customer? You may have been next to your wife, but I was in my office with about 10 others around. They all heard your tone and rude comments. After reading the reviews I'm actually blessed we did not go with you. Yes, I need repairs. That is the whole reason I called, obviously. You seem very racist from our conversation and others posted. I apologize if I don't have siding experience and ask normal questions. As stated, I'm sure you do a good job, no one is debating that. As I can't speak on it since we did not go with your services, but your customers service and unprofessional is what I can speak on. Yelling and screaming, witch I'm sure your wife heard and the words you spoke were not professional at all. I'm sure you will have a rebuttal but you are no longer with my time or effort to go any further with truthful facts on how you treat people. Hopefully your day and attitude gets better and God bless your wife!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! We had a person out the day after I called to repair our siding. Work was done quickly and looks great. The price I paid was much more affordable than the big companies charge. I would highly recommend.
