Afinia Dental - West Chester, West Chester Township OH

I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist. But I was pleasantly surprised at the Westchester office of Afinia Dental everyone made me feel comfortable. And I haven’t felt comfortable in a long time thank you all so much!

Stay away the staff is very rude I called today a full day before my appointment to Cancel because my insurance company lost my dental cards so I have no proof of insurance until the first week of August so they told me they are going to charge me 50$ for canceling a day in advance and the lady in the phone just kinda giggled about it absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional!

I just had my first expierence at Afinia Dental and I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was. Honestly.from someone who is absolutely terrified of dentist, Dr. Durner and his team were patient, reassuring, and totally aware of my anxiety with being there to begin with and they treated me as if I was one of their own. I have just found my new dentist!

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They were thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

I had an emergency root canal that, while unfortunately needed to be extracted anyway, I was helped immensely by the staff and dentists here. Their endodontists were able to see my x-rays and gave me an informed decision for extracting the tooth in a very timely manner thanks to the amazing receptionists they have, and when my concerns arose around the process, the post care, and information regarding possibilities about shifting and implants they were extraordinary in answering all my questions and alleviating many concerns of mine.
The procedure itself was done very well, with the nurses and dentist doing their best to keep me informed throughout the procedure As well as trying to keep me calm through the whole ordeal. I highly recommend this office for anyone, especially those that have dental emergencies.

Dr. Dernner and the staff were so Amazing! They were very kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable for my dental service. Thank you very much for your Awesome service!

I have had only great experiences with Dr. Hudepohl, the hygienists, and the staff at Afinia. I once had to see one of the male dentists for an urgent concern (I forget which), and he was pretty condescending, but otherwise, I have found every experience at Afinia to be positive. They offer a lot of fancy extras, but they don't push them, and I've had frank and helpful conversations with Dr. Hudepohl about balancing the urgency of concerns, longterm dental health goals, and budget concerns.

I went today for my dental cleaning and the first thing I notice that, people from the counter, they’re really nice, helping me go through all the process and explain everything, also Dr Ryan is young and talented.all I can say is I will be back.

First appointment for the crown was terrible. Second one was okay but they adjusted my healthy tooth instead of the crown and now my tooth hurts. I hope that's just a temporary pain. Staff is nice though.

If you are in search of a Dental Office to care for your needs then look no further. My Daughter is 6 and was in desperate need of a tooth extracted and had a serious infection. I explained this to MULTIPLE other practices with a sense of urgency only to have even the Highly rated offices tell me were not taking new patients or we can schedule her in july or telling me to go to the urgent dental care which by the way only serves adults not children and well we only accept this insurance yada yada yada. I was at wits end and beginning to panic after hours of searching knowing this was and could be a very serious complication if I wait any longer.

That is until I made my last call to Afinia Dental West Chester. Upon calling I spoke to Penny very professional, kind, and heart felt not to mention awesome personality. I asked if they care for children as well as adults and in short they do, she immediately was concerned and expressed her concern over the phone and worked with us to be seen today. Now I understand that simply isn't possible all the time but it just goes to show true professionals really do love what they do. On arrival we were greeted immediately and the office is Super clean and home like.

The Dental Assistant her name is Rebel absolutely Top notch, Very good at the dental assisting part of her career However a true kid lover as well.
Its awesome to see people who are really good at their job but they really shine when they adapt and over come situations that aren't in a text book. She definitely raises the bar in her craft. She was skilled and passionate about the task of keeping my daughter from freaking out but more importantly dealing with my questions along the way and then doing her job on top of that.

Then Dr. Hudepohl came in, she was amazing, Caring, and kind once again another professional making it all look easy. Ok so there are dentist but then there are those few that are the exception. Not only did my daughter not feel a thing but she feel asleep in the chair and no they didn't induce that. Her fear was gone so much so we had to wake her up. The visit ended with hugs. Now that friends is a place you can trust.

Guys and gals if you want a dentist office that actually cares how your doing when they ask then look no further this is where you feel like a Vip and that people actually really care about how your doing when they ask you.your search is over with Afinia Dental and this crew of truly skilled but also gifted personalities and I'm so happy to say our search is over for now, they truly do care and they prove it. I will also be scheduling an appointment for myself as well.

Afinia Dental has been an Amazing place and I Highly recommend them. The Staff is friendly and my procedure was painless.

I went in today with what i though was a minor issue but I wanted it looked at before I leave the country for 2 weeks. I am newer to the area and just called because they take my insurance and I just needed it checked. It turned out I needed a root canal, they explained the options and the costs to me and they were able to get it done right away! They kept me calm and relaxed during the procedure which is so important and I was super impressed with how well they made sure I was numbed and comfortable during the procedure. They were super kind, and I may have paid a bit more than I might have other places but with service like that I am willing to pay a bit more.

I called here for an emergency tooth removal and from the first phone call until the moment i left i recieved nothing but the best and most polite and concerning customer service, along with a comfortable enviornment and a painless operation. I absolutely despise dental work but after this encounter i will comfortably be returning for all my dental needs.

Recently moved from the Chicago area and needed to find a new dentist. I actually contacted Afinia due to a coupon i received in the mail, best coupon ever! Very professional, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Finding an emergency dentist is quite difficult, so I appreciate Afinia West Chester taking me right away. Everything was explained clearly and I was treated well by everyone. I received good care/treatment and am considering making Afinia my primary dental care. I wholeheartedly recommend Afinia, you will be in good hands!

It's been a really long time since I've been at a dentist office where the ENTIRE staff was extremely kind, caring, gentle, and more concerned about their patient than they are about anything else. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back! What a great experience and such a wonderful place with an amazing staff!

I have been terrified of dentists my whole life, and decided that I was never going again. A few months ago I started having major issues. I heard the great commercial on the radio, it was informative and kind all in one. Dr Hudepuhl has been amazing, patient, kind, understanding of my fears, and thoughtful. I cannot even explain to you how much she had done for me and how much better I feel. I had no swelling or bruising through any of my procedures and healing time has been incredible, they even call to check on you after your procedures.
Zach the office manager was wonderful helping me with the insurance end of the worry. He was kind, helpful and is soooo great at his job! He treats all of the patients so wonderfully, always smiling and happy! Actually the entire staff is perfect!
I highly recommend this office to anyone out there but especially those with fears!

Afinia Dental of Westchester is truly the best dentist office hands down. I havent been able to find an office that honestly cares about my dental health like this office does. From the 1st call speaking with Zach and Brittany, to Aleta the sweetest hygienist, then meeting Dr. Hudepohl and her amazing assistant Haley, I have recieved nothing but the best care and respect. I will recommend Afinia Dental for all my years to come!
