Front office lacks in communicating among each other and needs to improve following up with patients when a patient needs an answer to questions.

The dentists and hygienist are great.

Seems like an assembly line with a fear tactic. When the lady went over my “financial responsibility” on the services suggested she was extremely rude when I told her I couldn’t afford it nor did I want a credit card. Her demeanor changed as soon as she realized she wasn’t getting a “sale”

This dental office is a lifesaver. #Amber you rock! Also the doctor very nice, take their time and understanding

Scheduled an appt in May for August. Received two different text messages verifying that I had an appt today. Get there only for the receptionist to tell me she couldn't find my appointment even though I showed her the two messages confirming I had an appointment. She offered to reschedule but since I'm no longer confident they can schedule appointments and have no desire to drive there for no reason again I declined.

Dr Gusbar and Sam did a great job fixing my broken tooth. They were both friendly and pleasant and made me feel very relaxed

This place rocks! My dental hygienist, Nicole, is just so good at her job and cares for her patients! Dr. Gusbar is very professional in his work. I highly recommend this place!

Got me in quickly and helped to fix a complicated dental issue and were able to take the first steps needed to fix the issue. And I haven’t been there since 2020. They made me feel comfortable and cared for!

They all are extremely friendly and really make sure you’re comfortable and they do a quick and efficient job and make sure to check on you during procedure to assure you’re not in pain I would recommend them for anyone with dental anxiety

Dr Souders is an excellent dentist, really knowledgeable about any dental issue. The staff is friendly and helpful and caring. They treat my elderly mother with kindness and try hard to find solutions to any issue that comes up.

I was recommended by my granddaughter who actually works at Afina. I've only had one visit but it was a pleasant visit. The staff was so friendly and outgoing, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I have quite a bit of work to be done and I've always experienced anxiety when going to the dentist. However, I truly believe the staff at Afina is going to make me as comfortable as possible so they can take good care of me.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time due to a really bad experience I had a broke tooth and was in pain I was referred to Afinia by a friend the staff was awesome they made me feel comfortable I have a follow up appointment I would recommend Afinia to anyone I used the office in Bridgetown

Best dentist I've been to as an adult. Especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I've liked every person I've met here from the front desk back. They go above and beyond. I recommend this dentist to everyone and I will always go here. They also accept care credit if that helps you out.

Dr Gusbar and the team at Afinia dental made me comfortable and listened to my fears. I was finally able to get years of dental work done because of them. They made a plan that worked for me and I received excellent care.

Very thorough exam, including more visuals than I thought possible. I found both Chelsea and Dr. Souders to be informative, caring and good listeners as my dental plan was discussed. Ashley was extremely helpful with the insurance and scheduling.
