Bought a z735m great mower love it would have been 5 star but when ordering the mower I could not get one of the attachments I wanted cause they couldn't get it for a few months not their fault as they were on back order due to covid they are mostly good friendly people working here wanting to help you any way they can but their inventory is depleted

Only John Deere dealer in the county or I wouldn't shop here.personally I preferred the place under the old owner's.

This place has always had an uninviting atmosphere! I've been shopping here since 1995 and I have never felt welcome here. This last visit I felt like everyone was hiding from me, not one person greeted me and when he did it was with a blank frowning stare, I had to ask where and how do I pay for this stuff? Set it over there on the table, those were the only words spoken to me the whole ten minutes I spent there no one said thank you or anything very poor and some what rude service!

They were completely useless. Looked like they had my mower cutting hay fields.took 2 weeks to diagnose the issues. Failed to cover anything under warranty after they called and said it was fixed.were taking parts off new machines and changing them for old ones. Total disaster.

Called to see if they had the parts in stock
For my Stihl Weedeater, The guy stated he had to order it and I said how much, he gave me a total I said okay, I go there to pick my stuff up and added some 2 cyl oil and a spark plug and the lady told my total I said why so much, she did every thing to convince me it was right,
So I added it up for her and said now where’s the diffence cause I’m not paying that, she said there a $10 Freight Fee on any thing they order and the worst thing about this is they don’t tell you this when you order this and then when I asked about the total tried to hide it,
Be up front and honest and let me decide if I want to pay $70 for $50 worth of stuff I could of ordered and probably will off line for $40
I work hard my money let me decide how I spend it

Well, you just bought one star.

I can’t really speak for JD equipment and now ag-pro as they do not provide the service I was using at Cahall Brothers.
Customer service was always A+. Cahall brothers was always my first choice.
Ask for Lonnie.

JD Equipment in Georgetown, Oh is an outstanding company and I am a committed customer! I came in frustrated after dealing with a John Deer Company in Amelia, Oh. It was obvious costumer service was important to him and JD Equipment. Damian is knowledgeable and a professional salesman and an asset to JD Equipment. We found it refreshing to deal with a honest company that has integrity!

Very impressed with their service. Took a little longer than expected to repair my lawn tractor and as the crew was working through a new system at the store we had some communication problems but Lane and the crew went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.and get me mowing again. The outcome was fantastic. Thanks guys.
