This is my place of employment and I truly enjoy my boss, and every one of my fellow employees. John Deere is a great product, I'm very thankful.

Very friendly parts department people, knowledgable salesmen. But very detail oriented salesmen. Service department is very good too!

Excellent sales and service from Jason Mayberry. Ashley and Jeremy and everyone at the parts counter! Thank you for always helping us.

Jason Mayberry was amazing. So was Ashley in service and Joe in sales. Got a Black Friday Deal (on Saturday) from John Deere!

I have been to this place twice and the only time anyone was interested in helping me was when I was asking about purchasing a new tractor. My most recent experience was Friday 6/28/18. My mower was broken and I was calling to see if they had parts in stock to make the repair. I was on hold the first call for 20 minutes, someone picked up the phone and told me the parts counter was slammed and asked if they could call me back. I gave them my number and I am still waiting on the call back. I decided to double check my troubleshooting and then called back, it went to voicemail. I called another JD dealer (who has JD parts at their other stores not at the Bridgeport store) and they would have to send me the parts and I would get them Monday or Tuesday. So, I called Kuester back and when the phone was answered I was immediately told to hold. So, I did for 45 minutes, however being a productive minded guy while I was on hold I promptly logged into to Amazon and ordered my John Deere parts from a JD dealer, they were guaranteed to be delivered by 8 pm Sunday night. Thanks to Amazon and the terrible hold music at Kuester I was able to get my parts ordered, delivered (saving me a 35 minute drive) and my X530 runs like a Deere once again. I will say, I am in the early stages of researching and purchasing a 2025 or 2038 and will happily drive an hour or more when I get ready to purchase my new tractor. Kuester will not get anymore pennies from me. The only reason I gave them one star was because I had to.there should be a negative star option.

I've seen better parts service at auto zone. These guys couldn't get filters for a coffee pot without looking it up first and they'd still try to sell you a tea bag.

This is the worst place to order parts the female sales clerk has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Take my recommendation and don’t go there.

I was sent out to pick up blades and a belt for a JD mower, called a head of time because it was a 40 min drive and wanted to make sure they had what I was asked to pick up. Got there waited about 30 mins b4 I was waited on because they were busy and I think the lady at the other check out was being trained (no big deal) Finally got to me and Lou who is I guess is the parts manager was obviously irritated. I had the type of mower but not the serial number and he gave me attitude about it. I explained I called and was I had a choice of belts so I told him the one I needed and he still was a jerk. If you aren't happy in your job then I think you need to move on Lou. It was more than clear you weren't happy that day and it made me angry that I dropped almost 200 in parts and he was a grump.
