It is the second time I order AIDA Embroidery Service.
1st time order was for my business team event,

I had a christmas gift i needed embroidered and he got it done in perfect timing and it came out beautifully! Will definitely be using them any time i need something embroidered again, so glad i found them!

OMG where do start?

It was raining when I pulled up and his hospitality with greeting me with an umbrella was well appreciated. Once he seen my machine he immediately recalled the make and model and told me how good of quality it was. The knowledge he shares about your machine is unmatched. It was a pleasure to have met him.

I called in and Aida answer I explain her I need to get oriented on a specific shirt that I have in hand I just want to know the cost and the process and it is only one shirt that needed to get a picture printed as a form of a sticker nothing extra just one shirt that I have and needed a picture sticker printed and heated press ………Aida”s answer was “SO AND” I am not sure if I explain myself right but I ask her again what is the process and how long does it takes and Aida respond was “IT TAKES 4-6 weeks! “

Where is the detail oriented?

Is the company running out of employees that it takes 4-6 to screen and print a sticker and press heat to a shirt?

I dint get any specific information I just needed a SCREEN-PRINTING and press in one shirt!

Simon is the best! He’s fixed two of my Brother embroidery machines and they are running better now than when I got them new. He’s patient and will sit with you when you pick up the machine to review how to maintain and take care of your machine. I highly recommend Simon and his business.

Simon was really helpful and I’m thrilled with how the embroidery turned out. I will definitely use Aida Embroidery again.

Simon repaired and tuned up my Kenmore sewing machine and my White serger. When I picked them up he provided many good hints to keep them in better condition. They run very smoothly now. I’ll definitely be back.
