Ordered a refrigerator door seal for a 30+ year old GE. The part had been discontinued for quite some time, but I thought I'd try for a "Hail Mary. " The part arrived 2 days after I ordered it but did not fit; they took it back, no questions asked, and refunded my money. Great customer service even though it didn't work out the way I wanted.

Ordered a custom dual lens range hood filter. Due to the odd size, Air Filter Factory called me to confirm that the size was in fact correct, which it was. The filter came a few days later and turned out to be slightly incorrect (single lens instead of dual). I called to let them know and they quickly realized the mistake, made a new one and promptly shipped it out at no cost to me - allowing me to retain the incorrect one. Very happy with the response to the issue. Clearly they put customer service above all. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I spoke with customer care about a filter i needed for a furnace. I was unsure I give this company all my info about my furnace, and they told me the sizes i would need. I purchased these filters because they assured me they would fit. When I received them in the mail i tried putting them in.however to my surprise they were in fact the wrong size. I called their customer service number once again and they said to send them back i would need to pay for shipping even through i felt it was their fault. I would make sure if you order from this company do not trust them and do your research.

I was surprised you sold hermetically sealed compressor parts. They arrived quickly and at a good price.

I mis-ordered a custom filter, but was treated very courteously by the office. I also got a price break on the second correctly-sized order. Who does that anymore? Kudos to Air Filter Factory!

Ordered a part for my heater from Shawn. Because it was important due the overnight cold I asked for options for expedited shipping, Shawn checked all options and gave estimated prices of each. After my selection was made he called to let me know the exact price prior to finalizing the shipment. The part arrived the next day when we expected it to take at least 2 days.
