Our home warranty company sentt his company a work request for out AC freezing up. Douglas Dowler called my wife and suggested changing the filter and letting the system thaw for 24 hours, and to try it again on Saturday, and he would call back on Monday and come out if it froze up again. We changed the filter, and tried it again. System froze up again. When we called him back on Monday he told us he sent the request back to the Warranty Company because we were 2 hours away from him and outside his delivery area. Used maps to check this. He is just over 30 minutes from my house. So o we have to start all over with the warranty company because Mr. Dowler didn't want to do what he was contracted to do by the warranty company. After this I wouldn't want him working in my house.
