6Honestly find someone else to do your repairs- they came to fix our fryer, after hours of work on it, the problem was “fixed, ” until two hours later when it caught fire…. They came back to fix it, they said it was their mistake because the wires weren’t installed correctly and although it was their fault, they were trying to charge us for extra labor AND the part. So finally we’ve been down a fryer for two months, the new part came in, they fixed our fryer; now, they’ve rewired it so the left button controls the right basket and the right controls the left. Job well done, AIS.
This company is fraud guys be aware before you call them they will not even fix your problem and charge you for it. Their charges are extremely higher and don’t even do their job properly!
Definitely some of the highest prices I’ve seen, and by far some of the rudest staff I’ve dealt with. Would never recommend.
Had emergency service call on a my grill, regulator was bad and needed a new gas line hose. I even asked for the 25 dollar part to be overnighted because my restaurant needs a f$&@ing grill. 9 days later they have put me on the schedule for service. Michelle at the Cleveland branch stated that it was due to the funeral of President George Bush which is why the part was late. Read my lips, you’re full of it. Also, my sympathies to family of George Bush.
I had a really bad experience working with this company. They rarely return calls, and the repair on our business appliances was done incorrectly.
The worst experience of any vendor. Had a juicer that they "repaired" twice, the first time it worked for a week before the same problem showed back up. Found out they couldn't find anything wrong the first time but I still was charged $116.00. Dropped the juicer off again to be repaired and almost a month later got it back. They said it was due to the manufacturer back ordering parts, which according to the manufacturer wasn't the case. Poor service, no follow up and when you call to ask questions they couldn't care less. Steer clear it will be a lot less stressful for you.
