AJ'S URBAN GRILL, Westlake OH

I cannot say enough about AJs. On Valentine's Day our group of 16 ladies were stranded when our reservation at another restuarant was cancelled. I called AJs hoping that they might be able to seat us in their party room. The room was reserved but they graciously offered to seat the group in the restuarant. I was asked to call ahead before we were due to arrive to confirm. Their concern was that we would get good service and not have to wait. When we arrived we ushered right to the party room. It turned out not to be reserved. The fee was waived. We were told to order from the menu and "just enjoy our lunch. " Our servers Jerry and Kelly could not have been better at their job and
nicer people. We had a delightful lunch! Thank you to Audrey and all her staff!

I am more loyal to them, than they are to me. Again the wings were crusty, little meat on the bone, dry. This place has a kitchen problem that isn't getting better over time.

Ordered a well done burger and got it medium rare and the fresh cut fries were way over cooked, I asked for a Diet Coke and it was flat the waitress suggested that she will pour it from the other side of the machine and it was flat as well. Was my first and last time there.

Just called twice to order lunch. Both times it just rang for few minutes then disconnected.

Decent food. Unfortunately, they cut down on their menu. Taking off some of their better menu items.

Food has been great every time my family has dined here. Friday fish fry is outstanding. Last visit I couldn’t help noticing the next table had a really juicy looking steak and salmon dishes.

I work nearby and we occasionally frequent AJ's for lunch. I keep ordering the same thing, The Urban Chicken Sandwich. It is one of the best chicken sandwiches I have had, absolutely delicious!

Haven't been there for some time and it was a great experience. Food was excellent, service was great and it was a pleasant experience.

We tend to forget about this place even though it’s very close. But have loved it when we have visited. Took the family there last night and the service was good, but the food was ok. The burgers used to be awesome. Not sure if something changed but we won’t be back soon. Definitely could have had a better burger anywhere else.

Was a shorter than expected wait (<10 min) in a Friday night. Our server was nice enough, but forgot about our cheese curd appetizer (which she comped) & brought us beers & a wine, only to never return with the water we asked for. We could have had her stop by, even if it was just a passing glance.

I had the Philly Chicken wrap with onion rings. It was tasty and I would have it again. The rest in my party had the fish fry, which was a large fillet of haddock. One person had french fries and the other had mashed potatoes with it. They both enjoyed theirs & immediately dug in before I could take a picture. The curds were delivered after our entree & were overdone, but it is also a little unfair to complain about something that ended up being free. I'm pointing it out b/c so many look burst in the photo. I felt like the menu was reasonably priced.

Great comfy atmosphere. Delicious drinks and food. Perfect for a Friday night after a long day at work or for a family get together.

Food and service were great. The restaurant is narrow and long so not as roomy as other places, but as long as you don't mind some noise and conversation nearby, you're good.

Plenty of food & beverage options that truly seem to suit any palette not to mention exceptionally delicious. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable environment. Dine inside or outside. Fantastic friendly service. Highly recommend!

Great service! The BLT’s were the best around. My quesadilla was well constructed, lots of cheese, and very hot!

A little expensive, but delicious- steak salad with a side of asparagus is to die for and their cocktails- cosmo and Jack and peach are yummy. Our hostess had to deal with a whole party of us and made it amazing! Shout out, Megan!

Great neighborhood restaurant. Friendly happy feal. Large selection, daily specials, good food, and generous portions. The cocktail menue has some different delicious offerings. The 'party' room is a little unusual. One very long skinny table. We did get excellent service for our larger group.

Ordered take out and brought back to hotel. Ordered salads. A wrap and risotto. All delightful. If we lived near the restaurant we would return and eat there again, but we live in another state.kid friendly place. Plenty of parking. Fast service. Nice atmosphere. Outside seating available. Restroom and bar.

Had a great lunch with my wife. Jerry was our server and will ask for him anytime we go.
Will have to try tacos and tequila on Thursdays.
