Guards in the shack hate life and hate you. The girl that works day shift she is ok I guess. Ryder handles there scheduling. Make sure you check your appointment time before getting here Ryder will change it without notifying anyone!

Truck drivers definitely need to avoid AK! This place is a joke. Employees here seem like they go out of their way to be rude. Then when you react they want to start being nice and kissing ass. If you don’t like dealing with people then quit, you knew your job despcription before hand so do your fucking job that YOU applied for. Idiots.

I've always been loaded earlier than my appointment time here and quick. I must be lucky. Not a big fan of not being able to park in their lot overnight if necessary.

If I never have to get loaded here again, I will definitely not be unhappy. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Guard at guard shack is rude and clearly hates his job and loaders are as well rude and rush you out once you are half-assed loaded. Sad thing is, I read the reviews on this place before coming here thinking it cant be that bad but after getting loaded, its that's bad!

Do not drive inpound trucks either they have no ac or heat so you suffer they put 200 000 pounds on flat bed and use airline tires on trailer that you can’t kick because they can explode and kill you they also let you work and give you your osha certificates without completing the required hours of class soooooooo unsafe of a place and if you quit they withhold your last check as long as they can and hang up on you when you call

They got huge lot. But they will not let you sleep there. They do not care about your e-logs. Got kicked out after sitting there off duty for 5 hours. They really screwed me up!

This place blows 2hrs waiting for them to load 4 trucks then, sat inside for another 2hrs for us 4 plus the loads don't pay enough for there rudeness specially from the heavy set girl at the security check in your on her time and your late if she takes her time getting your paperwork done and it's past the half hour grace window even, when, its her fault

3 stars for the hard working men and women that work there.

I delivered ice into this place for 10 years with Home City Ice. The union has destroyed this location. It is so sad. I no longer work for that company, so I will never step foot is this dangerous place again. Railroad crossing every 10 feet, lazy workers, strict rules that make no sense and buildings that are literally falling down. It's a shame.

No respect for the drivers or there safety made us tarps outside in 20/30 mph winds and Banging on the door at 2 A. M.when you don't have any time left to drive because you just have spent 4.5 hours trying to get loaded with there fright i can see them doing this if they didn't have any where too park but they have this Huge parking lot!

As a family member of several truckers I would not want my brother or uncle or anyone else for that matter, to drive to this particular location. My brother was early to deliver and through fault of their own horrible time management, he waited for hours in a line to deliver and they kicked him off the lot after hours even though his legal driving time for the day was up! They do not care about truckers or the safety of the public driver!
Common sense:
If truckers drive fatigued they run the risk of a wreck!
Safety should come first guys, it's not like these truckers want to live in your parking lot!

ALL TRUCK DRIVERS NEED TO BLACK LIST THIS PLACE AND SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY ARE THE WORST SHIPPER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO EVER. I would give them negative stars if I could

Major hassles every time I take a load from here. This time, my PPE no longer meets their standards, although it was just fine last visit, as I bought it to satisfy their requirements from the visit before that!
