Had a really good purchasing experience until the financial paper work. I was told 7.19 percent financing in the end it was 7.30 percent. I was never informed about that part of the financing until it was time to sign the paper work. It appeared to be a hidden portion not to be disscussed. I believe R. J. Is the best sales man in the state of Ohio. The guy makes things happen for the customer. I really enjoyed working with R. J. During the vehicle search.

I love that he has checked in on me after I bought the vehicle to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions I had. The good news: I still like my car! I purchased a vehicle from the used car side of Al Bauman. I want to thank both Andy and Ben. Andy was my main dude and Ben stepped in for a brief moment in Andy's absence. Both of them were a top notch and respectful. I was very researched when I went into this process of car buying and prepared for the stereotypical "sales sharks". I personally couldn't find one here. They were all great! I did not steal a great deal, but I did get a fair price on a car I still thank the Good Lord for every time I sit behind the wheel!
The bad news: It will be a while before I am back guys.but I highly recommend them, and Andy will treat you right!

Went to look for a used car - there was no pressure to buy new - I ended up buying new but never pressured me either way

Buying a new vehicle can be very difficult. The Baumann Auto Group helped my wife and I manage our way through this process. We ended up with a beautiful Buick!

This place is not reputable. I bought 2 camaros on the same day. They tried to get an additional 12000. The service center charged me 2600 to fix a problem. Did not fix and they refunded me 200. I will never buy from them. They keep taking my review down.

Always great service, friendly, helpful, professional. Go the extra mile to help you out. Have purchased several vehicles over the years and will continue to. This time Taylor, RJ, and Marty were so great! Thank you all!
